I can no longer connect to work (SConnect not compatible) with Gemalto key, how to fix this?
Before the Firefox upgrade 4 and then 5 I could access my work email using a gemalto key. Now I cannot it says the SConnect not compatible. I need to fix this or leave Firefox so I can access work from home.
What are you using for the SMTP settings?
What I have that is working is:
Port 465
SSL/TLS
Normal Password
Check your firewall and make sure it is not blocking Thunderbird.
Connecting with web mail just verifies that you know your username and password. Web mail and SMTP are completely different servers and operations.

You might want to try contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click See All Products and Services>iTunes>iTunes Store>Passwords & Security Questions>Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password. They should be able to explain what's going on and help you reset the password for the old ID if necessary. The call should be free.

The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

I use the kurzweil 300 software and before I can use Read the Web I must first install the KESIReader.xpi Foxfire extension into Mozilla Foxfire however, the extension is not compatible with Mozilla Foxfire 5 which is the version installed on my computer. I have an eight year old IMAC with the Intel dual core. Today for the first time a fine white vertical line appeared on screen in all applications. I do not know if I did something or if this is a larger problem. Everything else seems to be working alright. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
Eight-year old iMacs did not have Intel processors. Please do "About this Mac" from you Apple menu to see something like this:

I purchased an app just about an hour ago and it tells me that the app is not compatible with the hardware I already have and in good working order. I already bought an app for the same hardware for my iPhone, it's just different version for the iPad, so I bought it.
Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours). -

If you are having multiple non-specific issues with your iPhone after a recent update, your best course of action may be to back up any of your content to iTunes, restore the phone to factory settings, then test to see if the issues persist in its default config before bringing back your content from the backup. If you did not make a backup of the old version of the app before you deleted it, there's no way you can get it back now. The current version should still work on your iPhone 3GS, though. You just need iOS 4.3 or later, so if your iPhone still has an older version, update to the latest iOS.
If, however, you really have an iPhone 3G, not a 3GS, then unless again you make a backup copy of the old version of the app, there's nothing you can do until you're ready to get a newer iPhone since iOS 4.2.1 is the final version your iPhone 3G will run.
