I can not access any attachments on my E mail. Why?
When i try to pull up attachments the site crashes. Keeps deleting over and over. Can't be stopped unless I turn off the computer.
Can you try this issue on Firefox 10?

Safari can not access any secure (HTTPS) web pages
Does anyone have an idea why a good frined of mine using Safari 1.3.2 on a Power Book G4 with Mac OS 10.3.9 can not access any secure web pages (those that start with HTTPS)? I can not find any preferences that might control this. She can access the pages with IE but not Safari. What setting on her computer might control this? Any ideas would be appreciated. I even through away (com.apple.Safari.plist) file. Not change. An ideas??
I have the same problem! However, this is ONLY while running wireless internet. Anytime I want to use an HTTPS site, I have to plug directly into my router, so I'm not wireless anymore, and then it works fine. Every now and then (like maybe 5% of the time), I get lucky and it will work for a short while such as logging into yahoo mail for example (logging into here didn't work at first but after waiting a bit, i was able to log in), but trying to stay on a secure connection such as a bank accnt. is impossible.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Everyone I've asked says they've never had the problem. I thought I was the only one.

I can not access any more shared folders on windows 7 other pc on my homegroup
Hello every one.
I had my home group network working fine over wi-fi connection, (laptop with win 8.1 and laptop with win7) till few days ago I had to format and re install the win 8.1 using recovery disk from toshiba. Since then, although I have setup again the home
group as it was before, I can access the shared folders on win8.1 from win 7 but not the other way around. So when I try to access the shared folders on win 7, on my win 8.1 I receive the message: WINDOWS CAN NOT ACCESS \\WIN 7\\SHARED FOLDER.
Notice that when I open the network folder on win 8.1, my win 7 pc is visible, I click on it, I can see all my shared folders and the above message appears when I click on them.
Apparently some settings have changed on laptop win 8.1
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanksthere are a lot of complaints here about wifi issues with the ipad mini - all seam to deal with 3rd party routers. you might want to check these Threads out.
did you delete the wifi network on your ipad and reconnect? Are you using WPA2? Did you select TKIP/AES or only one of them? Does your ipad get an ip address? -

I was using TB on my XP machines and they went down so I was forced to move to a Vista based laptop. It eventually crashed and so I converted my computer from Vista to win 7, Home premium. In both iterations, I have been able to set up TB and transfer all the data & emails that was in them at the time ( from the bood drive that was in the xp machine). but since that time I have not been able to access anything new after that date. It will neither send nor receive emails from both gmail and cox.net accounts that I have. I've attached the settings below. I tried changing some things on [email protected], so that info is obviously wrong.
I've tried deleting TB but apparently have not been able to remove all the data because when I reload it, it just comes back immediately the way it was.
Any help would be appreciated. I really like how TB works and would love to be able to use it again.

Can not access any of my photos in Aperture
I have a WD passport that stores my entire Aperture library.
I can open the external and see the library and the contents without issue.
When I open Aperture, my projects are there (complete with how many images are included within), however, I have nothing on the viewer or the browser.
In addition, it has been saying "Loading" for almost 15 minutes ~ I don't have that many photos that it would take this long AND, it has never taken this long before.
This just started happening and I am not sure if:
There is a problem with Aperture, the external HD or just the way the two of them are 'talking' to each other.

So let me get this correct:
Re-create my library back on my MBP ~ I am assuming by putting in Pictures > Aperture Library
When importing new images from my card reader / camera, put them in there as well
Opening and working on the photos, save the multiple versions, .psd files, jpgs, etc on the external hard drive.
I have yet to do Vaults because, quite frankly, I have not gotten there yet (yes, I am RTFM, but it is sometimes easier to tinker!)
And BTW ~ I rebuilt the library, but there is definitely something corrupt in one of my specific projects ~ it won't open again. I think because I saved a large .psd file that I was working on. -

If you have forgot Windows administrator password then you can run recovery from Nova key ( rescue ) or recovery disc as it does not require the Windows administrator password.
You need to power off the laptop the press Nova key (rescue ) not power button then follow the on screen instructions.
If the partitions are not modified then OneKey Recovery will work from hard disk.

I am using Windows 7 and have never had a problem with Firefox. When I tried to open yesterday, after using all day, opened to black screen (grey panel across top of screen). I shut computer down and restarted it and is still not working. If I uninstall will I loose bookmarks and other saved information?
