  • I have Windows 7 64 bit, I downloaded iTunes 10 64 bit but can not access the iTunes store.  I keep getting I do not have a secure connection, which I do.

I have Windows 7 (64 bit) and iTunes 10.2.2.12.  I can access the web through Mozilla and Internet Explorer.  But, when I open iTunes I can not access either the iTunes Store or iTunes Help.  I keep getting a message that says the web connection is not secure.  I use a Intel wireless router that is secure.  I have tested my Norton program, but it is not Norton that is blocking iTunes.  What can I do?

    Hello there,
This is the 3rd day that my daughters been trying to set up my iPod as my husband and I leave for Mexico on Tuesday.
To try and sort this out, she has tried EVERYTHING POSSIBLE... uninstall, re-install, checked for Quicktime uninstallation but our PC doesn't have it so that's not the issue, turning off compatibility mode, saving settings as administrator, reversing these settings, trying them again, starting from scratch... absolutely EVERYTHING Apple advises, we've tried.
    NOTHING is working AT ALL
For nigh on 2 hours (and that's just what has been spent today, trying to sort this out), this is what we get:
Just "Accessing iTunes Store" loading round and round and round at the top

  • I can not access the Itunes store. It will show me half of a progress bar and then diappear, and nothing comes up.

I have already tried uninstalling, and reinystalling everything with Itunes in the ordered specified by Apple Support, and yet still no change. I made sure it was allowed through Firefox, and everything checks out.....I'm stumped. My only other thought is...I am wondering if it has to do with me installing Spotify. Anyone have a clue?

I tried turning off my accelerators, and still no change. I also tried to repair I tunes....no change.......I can update my ipods and do EVERYTHING else.....I just cant access the store. I tried something else today...dont remember exactly what it was, lol...but I got a message that said Itunes wasnt connected to the internet...so at least I know what the problem is....I just wish I could fix it..............

Your profile indicates your Mac is running v10.7.2
If that is correct, updating your system software may help.
Click Software Update from the Apple menu.
Restart your Mac after updates are installed then try the App Store.
If you can't update that way, there's a workaround.
Install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo)
Then restart your Mac and try the App Store.

My iphone4s can not update the apps while it could download the apps. It shows that the update can not access to itune store. I don't know how to deal with it...

Many people (including me) are having the same problem at present. There are other threads in the message board with the same complaint.
There is nothing you can do about it except wait for Apple to fix the problem.

  • I can't access the iTunes store on my newly build Windows 8 computer

I can't access the iTunes store from my computer. When I try it just hangs up with the "busy bar" are the top working away. I can download my stuff on my iPad or my iPod, but I do prefer using iTunes on my computer. I do have a Windows 7 machine, but it's my work computer and I'd rather not put iTunes on it. Any ideas? Anybody else having this issue? I use Norton 360 and have turned the firewal completely off, but still no joy.

    Hi dear's
Here are some steps to resolve this issue:
    1) Sign out of your iTunes Store account
    2) Close iTunes
    3) Restart your computer
    4) Reset Cache*
*From iTunes, look at the top of the page and select "iTunes", choose "Preferences", then select "Advanced" and click "Reset Cache".

  • I can not access the Apple Store

I can not access the Apple Store. I enter my ID and my password and then I get taken to> EDIT PAYMENT INFORMATION asks where I enter the SECURITY CODE my CREDIT CARD. Digit security code, but I get the information that the code is wrong. I'm sure I'm typing the code correctly. On the last attempt I got the information I got in touch with the support of iTunes to complete the transaction.
    I await your help.

Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred. If you change your e-mail address, you should do it in
    https://appleid.apple.com
You can change the e-mail address associated with your Apple ID but not the Apple ID itself. Otherwise, you cannot update those apps, books and music bought using the old Apple ID.

Apple programmers, you are working against your business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a LITE version  !!!!

  • New version of iTunes will not access the iTunes Store

I installed the latest upgrade 10.4.1 on my PC.  It will not access the iTunes store.  I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled several times.  Does anyone know where to reinstall an earlier version of iTunes?

Try performing a System Restore to a date before Apple released the iTunes update.  Go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/What-is-System-Restore for more information.

  • I can't access the itunes store from my ipad mini after the iOS7 update

I can't access the itunes store from my ipad mini after updating the latest iOS7. Does anyone have answers to solving this?

Ive been through various threads on here.
There has been quite a few things said and some people are having luck with.
Reset all your settings works, but only once. when you shut down and open back up same problem.
Ive tried changing how my cookies respond, this doesnt work either.
My app store loads in a second, fastest its ever been.
Ive noticed that when your in settings and click on something eles it takes maybe a second or two before it changes to the next screen something thats never happened on 6
it seems very laggy and slow on somethings and super fast on others
Come on Apple get yer finger out and sort this out soon, its you thats loosing my cash as I cant buy any music!!!
    I have an Ipad mini.

  • After the ios7 updated I can not open the iTunes store in my iPhone 5

After the ios7 updated I can not open the iTunes store in my iPhone 5
    How can I fix it?

    Hi adrimomo,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
Here are a few things you can try:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430
If you have tried those two things, refer to page 146 in the iPhone User Guide to Reset All Settings:
iPhone User Guide for iOS 7
    manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1565/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf
Also, check your settings for Safari -- enable cookies and turn off private browsing - see page 57 of the iPhone User Guide above.
    Cheers,
