I can not buy creative cloud because in step 4 can not confirm and receive message about get a problem processing my order, so I contact Customer Service team for assistance but nothing happened. What can I do?

After using the trial version of Photoshop CS6, I decided to purchase the one-year Photoshop cloud version.
I was told by a friend to do a "clean" download, so removed the "previous version".
Now when I click the "download" tab, nothing happens.
Can you help?

Please download/install CC desktop : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try downloading Photoshop. If still the same issue then as suggested by Mylenium run the cleaner tool and try downloading again.

You can purchase for one year of membership through a retailer or etailer (like Amazon). This gives you the same price as purchasing an annual plan directly from Adobe, but you pay up front instead of monthly.

I'm an Adobe customer and am trying to buy Creative Cloud. I'm in the UK, and the price I'm given is in GBP. But when I click the 'purchase' button I'm taken to a page with a USD price and where the credit card has country: US set and unchangeable.
I cannot edit my Adobe ID profile - all the pages give 404 errors.

I got this problem. Apparently I live in Ukraine and I really need this new Creative Cloud.
But here Adobe sells it thru resellers and for Teams version only, which isn't what I need.
I got my sister in Sweden. So I wonder, if she were to buy it for me there would I be able to use it here in Ukraine?
I already have an Adobe ID, so do I have to create another one, so my sister could use it in Sweden?
I'd appreciate any help, so if anyone know any other solutions or some ideas concerning my question it would be great.

I tried a couple of time to buy the Creative Cloud package, but in both times the system stoped when I confirm my order in the Processing payment window but I´ve wait for hours and never changed the window, it stucks, someone knows why is this? Thank you.
