I can not complete a purchase on itunes

When I try to "purchase gems" on my iPad, I receive a prompt that says "Your Purchase can not be completed at this time".
However, I am able to purchase via iTunes on other devices.

itunes keeps rejecting my bank details.

    So you want to use the app in a different account than you bought it with. If that is the case you need to contact the Mac App Store support. You will find the link for that in the Mac App Store by clicking Featured - Under Quick Links you will see the Support link. Follow that for help.

    That requirement is referring to the need for 2gB of RAM, not hard drive space.

    Are you running the latest version of iTunes? Check software updates. Does your OSX (which is not listed in your profile) compatiple with the app you are trying to download?

  • I bought a TV show through my ATV2 but can not see the purchase in iTunes nor watch it on my computer...why?

    I recently purchased a TV series through my Apple TV2 and can access this purchase on my iPod no problem.  However, in iTunes on my laptopwhen I go to TV "Purchases" I do not see anything listed to be able to download to my laptop. 
    The only workaround I see is dowloading through my iPod touch and then synching with the computer...but that's a pain!
    Any suggestions?  All software is up to date in terms of updates.

    Before updating to iOS 5 did you copy all your purchases from the iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases ? If you did then you should be able to sync it back to the iPad.

    (A) Restart iPad
    1. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn off iPad.
    3. Turn iPad back on, hold down the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears
    (B) Reset iPad
    Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
    Note: Data will not be affected.

    for the past 24 hours I have been trying to purchase this album on itunes and I keep getting this message that says

    About 3 months ago I purchased 2 songs from that album and I do get a pre message saying I already have a couple items from this album would I like to continue my purchase.

    why is it this problematic to resolve?! obviously there's a valid installer image for our macs, why can we not have access to it to use on our laptops?
    I do not understand, nor accept the explanation given before - about it being a newer model... it doesn't make sense... how does that translate to "no download available".
    also, if it was a valid point - we would have had that download with the release of 10.9.1 - which we don't.

    The only thing that worked for me was to boot in safe mode.
    Power down.  Then press power button and hold 'shift' key until grey screen with progress bar appears... Once booted and logged in just open safari and browse to applestore. 
    No trouble at all once I did this.

    If the OP has this much RAM in their iMac, certain this Mac can run Mountain Lion.
    The reason it might not be installing is that 15 GBs of RAM.
    Your iMac should have (4) equal sized, 4 GB sticks of RAM for a total of 16 GBs.l
    If your iMac is only reporting that there is only 15 GBs of RAM, you have a RAM stick that is either not seated in its slot properly or is defective/going bad.
    This maybe the reason that it won't download it.
    Also could be you are running out of free space on your HD.
    You need, at least 15-20 % or greater free space left on your HD.
