I need an urgent support. I've just bought an ebook (from FGV Editor) but I can not open it because a message box says "Error! Check Activation."
I follow all tutorial recommends about deactivate Windows Firewall for ADE program.. I deactivate the whole Windows firewall but I still have the same problem.
Please, whenever ADE support can help me. I still believe Adore Corp. reputation.

Thanks! This worked for me. When you uninstall 4.0 and install 3.0 you will have to deauthorize and then reauthorize your account and reader (CTRL+SHIFT+D) and it should work. This saved me a lot of anguish.

When I attempt to download 'Life of Pi' in HD for 14.99 (using iTunes 11.0.2) it will not works as I get the following error:
"If you buy the HD verision, you have to transfer it to an HD-Compatible device in order to watch it. Or you can buy the SD version and watch it on this computer".
So I look at the support page at system requirements to which my machine exceeds all specs.
Windows system requirements for HD 1080p1 content:
32 or 64-bit version of Windows 7; Windows XP and Vista do not support HDCP
iTunes 10.6 or later
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or faster processor
At least 2 GB of RAM
A video driver that supports HDCP, such as an Intel GMA X4500HD, ATI Radeon HD 2400, Nvidia GeForce 8300 GS, or better (you may need to check with the manufacturer to determine if your video driver supports HDCP)
A display that supports HDCP with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 or higher with a digital connection (DVI, DisplayPort, or HDMI)

So it is unclear to me why or how apple has been able to make the assessment that my machine is unable to run this movie from an HD download.
Please advise.

Tried twice to purchase HD movie rental and was only allowed SD. It makes no **** sense at all. Not to mention the new version of iTunes is really poorly designed hence the issues like this as well as others.
Apple is definitely not paying attention nor are they properly testing for these changes. They have become too clever for their own good. I don't mind change but test it first. This is not MS and these are not beta versions.
The list of these issues seem to be mounting. I am really getting over all of these perpetuating issues with Apple.

Using finder please navigate to /Applications/Adobe Muse CC 2014/Adobe Muse CC 2014.app/Contents/Frameworks/adbeape.framework"
If a folder instead of a symbolic link exists for "adbeape" rename the folder to "adbeape_backup".
Once done update Muse using Creative Cloud application.
If this do not works then try the steps below:
Launch Creative Cloud application and sign out of it (Click on gear icon at the right side top > Preferences > Account > Sign out from creative cloud> Sign Out)
Go to Applications folder and Trash the folder of Muse CC 2014.
Go to trash and Make sure its empty.
Relaunch Creative cloud application > Sign in With Adobe ID and Password > Install Muse from Äpps tab
