everytime i try and download it, it gets all the way through and then a message pops up saying it did not download because i lost network connection.

Can you give us some more detail. What is the exact error message? How are you downloading, when does it give the message?

If you are currently running a version of iOS earlier thatn 5, you will need to connect the iPad to a computer running iTunes in order to upgrade. There is no free standing download, and even if there was, you couldn't install the upgrade without iTunes.

Did you click on the Firewire word? What do see to the right of it?
If you see something like the picture and nothing below the "Maximum speed" line, then the camera is not being "seen" by your mac. Otherwise a description of the camera should appear in the right pane.

Please help, I updated some apps, I pressed update all, now I can not open or use those apps, they just say waiting. I have deleted some and tried to download again with no success, also tried to download different app with no success.

1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to update.
2. Check for Updates (bottom right) in iTune. When download is completed, sync to iPad.

I subscribed to itunes match. I have it working on my iphone but can't get it to work on my ipad. I did the same exact steps that I did for my iphone but when i try to turn it on it keeps telling me I am not subscribed and to subscribe through itunes on my PC. I've already paid and subscribed to iTunes match and do not know why I keep getting this error message. When I am in itunes on my PC I can see that my ipad is not authorized with that account and do not know if that is the problem. If so how do I authorize my ipad? I've used the store drop down box and choose authorize this computer but it keeps trying to authorize my PC and not my ipad. I am running the most current version of the ipad and itunes.

You could update your iPad from your iMac if your iMac is running iTunes 11.0 or iTunes 10.7.
If you have an older (or no) version of iTunes, you can catch up at:

You say you are running OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). I know that version can run iTunes 10.7; I do not know if it supports iTunes 11.0 (current release). Either one of those iTunes will support your iPad upgrade.
You would do the upgrade by using the USB connector to plug your iPad into your computer, having iTunes then recognize your iPad (which would happen automatically if all goes well), and then clicking a "Check for Updates" button on the right side of the iTunes display.

Can Not Get 7.2 Version Downloaded

I have Tried & Left PC Running to Download the Latest update but Keep getting:

What Should I do? I have Done The Troubleshooting It Never Downloaded? Why?

When downloading: Do you save it first and then run it from the save location or do you download and run from the apple site? It shouldn't make a difference but the information might help.
Also, have you check to ensure your firewall and/or Pops are not interferring?
Lastly, Have you closed all other applications before attempting to install?
