This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that aren't send or otherwise blocked.

I can not get itunes to come up
I was having an issue with signing into my home sharing and getting a -9808 code and was able to resolve that issue, but now I can not get itunes home page to load. I have all the updates and when I run my diagnostics through the itunes help tab it comes up fine.

Any help would be great!This error usually points into the jailbreak direction. If DFU mode does not help, you can't restore the phone due to the modified software that has been installed before you got the phone.

I just got a new iPhone and wanted to back up my old iPhone to my computer one more time before switching over...Two hours later I still can not get iTunes to open. I have two different acounts on my computer, iTunes will load on the secondary account, but not my main account. I logged into iTunes on that account and now have issues with libraries, and overriding and synching and deleting, and a million other messages that made me nervous about backing up my phone through the secondary account. I just want to get iTunes to work on my main account. I have tried several different things, and am getting incredibly frustrated. Just in case I messed up a step of the "obvious" fixes, I would appreciate anything anyone could suggest to help Thank you!

SONY VAIO Windows XPI strongly recommend that you install iTunes to the default C: paths. You can change the perferences to keep the actual music files on your D: partition.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"
If this doesn't work backup and restore your iPad using iTunes. Something must have been corrupted in your update process. -

I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada and when I try to use Siri it loads and loads and then says, "I'm really sorry about this, but I can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while."
I rebooted and it didn't fix the problem. I just got my iPhone 4s (unlocked right from Apple) several weeks ago.Siri has been a bit more erratic than usual in the last week or so. Apple has announced a major announcement for 9/12. Conclusions are left to the reader.
