Figured it out. Must sign out from Itunes and then back in and it works.

You cannot use iCloud.com on a mobile device, only on a computer. Documents in iCloud are available via the apps themselves on a mobile device.

Can not get adobe flash to work on my computer!

I've downladed adobe flash numerous times on my computer and I can not get it to work. It always says that the download and installation has been completed, but when I go to open e-mails that need the softw the e-mail states that I do not have adobe flash on my computer! I have done the downloading and install on different computers and had no issue, but I can not figure out why it is not working on my coputer. I also removed my anti-virus software just in case that was causing the problem, but I'm still not having any luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I look forward to any advice that anyone may have.

Can't get library movies to play

My configuration:
Windows 7
iTunes 11.0.1.12
AppleTV model MD199LL/A
AppleTV software 5.1 (5201)
Settings/General/About shows Activation Failed (unknown cause)
Active Ethernet connection (Netflix works, can see local computer, etc.)
Problem 1: How do I get it to activate & is it necessary? Everything except playing library movies seems to work.
Problem 2: Will not do software update...Step 1 begins (Preparing update...); status bar races to half way, then crawls almost to end, then stops; I get an Update Failed message.
Problem 3: I select Computers and my iTunes libraries come up. Select Movies and my titles come up. Highlight a title and the opening screen is displayed (I.e 20th Century Fox). Select the movie and where appropriate it gives me Resume Playing or Start From Beginning. Trying to play any movie results in the "processing" wheel/clock spinning, but then nothing happens till it times out. Thoughts on getting iTunes library movies to play?

Possible conflicts if the file is on the server :

See if you can change it to Unix/Linux.
The server does not support .m4v files. Or does not understand the extension. Verify it.
Here's how to verify it. Go to your server and, if present, change the extension of the movie from .m4v to .mov

IE uses a different version of Flash (ActiveX) than other browsers use (Plugin). You need to install the Plugin version of Adobe Flash.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: 
[http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Adobe Flash - Plugin version]. 
Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed, 
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del, Vista: Shift+Ctrl+ESC = Processes tab}
3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.
* On Vista and Windows 7 you may need to run the plugin installer as Administrator by starting the installer via the right-click context menu if you do not get an UAC prompt to ask for permission to continue (i.e nothing seems to happen).

What happens when you try to play the actual film ? And have you tried deleting them and (assuming that they're still in the store) redownloading them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page - or going into Edit > Preferences and on the Store tab ticking the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box so that they show in the My Movies part of your library with a cloud icon against it for redownloading) ?
(You can't store films in the cloud, whether they will show there for redownloading depends upon what country that you are in - and if you move countries or if the rights-holder removes them then you also won't be able to redownload them. Ideally you'd be taking a backup copy of all of your downloads, and not relying on being able to redownload them in the future.)

Check in iTunes - got to the store home page with the small house icon.
On the right side of teh screen under QuickLinks is there a Purchased section?
If so check if this had Movies/Films when you click it, if so hopefully purchases will show up. If you uncheck the box for HD downloads you may then be able to get the SD version.
Also in iTunes Preferences for the Store you can select preferred HD resolution of 720p or 1080p for downloading.
If you don't have a section for previous purchases contact iTunes support and tell them the issue.

I can not get any sound while playing Flash content in IE, FireFox, or Chrome

I have Windows 7, 64 bit. I have ie 8, I think it is 32 bit, ("About ie" does not indicate 64bit).
I have unistalled Adobe Flash and re-installed, I have verified that I have the REG files under System32/ and SysWOW64/ (or whatever)...
I installed Chrome after I have having this problem. I have plugged my speakers into both the AudioJack in the back of machine, as well as in the headphone Jack. I have tried just using headphones...
I have gone to the 'configuration site' I have deleted Windows temporary files, I have deleted i.e. and FireFox files.
I have checked multimedia setting in ie advanced tabs.
I have checked the sound volume in the 'Mixer'
Sound works in my broser for Quicktime applications (like video on apples website). Sound works everywhere else...playing music, Windows startup, speaker test, etc...
I have worked on this for hours!!! Please help.

Check if your sound device settings are correct:
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Sound and Audio Devices -> Audio
This is not correct instructions for Windows 7.
Obviously I have checked sound settings in RealTek Audio manger several times. As well as in the mixer, and in the Internet Option Settings (Advanced Multimedia). I checked setting under “Hardware and Sound” there is nothing there that has any effect.
If you have QuickTime installed, then go to the QuickTime control panel. On the Audio tab, set "Default Music Synthesizer" to "General MIDI".
On the Advanced tab, disable "Enable playback of Adobe Flash tracks".
On the browser tab, click on "MIME Settings". Under "Miscellaneous", make sure "Flash media" is unchecked.
These are not accurate options on my computer (Quicktime 7.6.9).
Under Default Music Synthesizer. There is no “general MIDI” only option is “Quicktime Music Synthesizer”
Advanced Tab: “Enable playback of Adobe Flash tracks".is not an option
Browser Tab: "Flash media" is not listed under MIME Settings (There is no Miscellaneous)
Check if the file msacm32.drv is present in the C:\Windows\system32 folder. If not, copy it from another PC (that has the same version of Windows) and place the file in the system32 folder. If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, then the file should be present in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

If you are also having sound problems with other applications, then re-installing your audio drivers might solve the problem.

It is normal and expcted for a computer to see the iPod as a camera since that is how you get photo off the iPod.
