I can not get the same looking homepage you show with the firefox in the top left corner, how do I get there?

I just get a page that says congratulations mozilla you have the newest download.
I can't drag anything anywhere as I am not on the right HOME page
nothing like the one that you show in the demos.
Am I doing something wrong?

Oh... one other thing. The orange Firefox button is for the compact two-column menu. To get that, you need to turn off the classic menu bar. This article has the steps: [[Display the Firefox button menu instead of the menu toolbar]].

you can try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait fro the phone to boot back up.

YouTube is no longer native in iOS. There are loads of posts on this, so the search bar can be your friend. There is a YouTube app in the App Store. Download it and you'll have YouTube.
You can NOT get rid of Passbook. It is a new Apple Native App and is built into the iOS. If you don't like it, you can put in a folder or on another page, but you can't delete anything Native.

THe phone is NOT jail broken.. all i want to do is have it return back to how it was before i started the updae version process obviously it did not take and now it is locked into plave the screen will not change.. after reboots and shut down when i turn it back on the same screeen appears the cd disc with the music note over it and the arrow pointing upwards and a picture of the small end of the charge cord that fits into the actual compute.. Works fine on computer but My phone is still asking me to sign in with old apple id. I can not figure out how to change apple id on my phone. Start with the Settings app
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on your Apple ID and then tap on Sign Out
Then sign in with your correct Apple ID and password.

Three updates from the same Software Update Group showing as unknown, while all the others are showing as expected.

I have an issue from Septembers security updates where three updates from the same software update group are showing as unknown status rather than required / not required / installed etc.
There are multiple other updates in the same update group and they are all displaying correctly with the figures I would roughly expect.
I would have expected if something was wrong with the clients not returning software update scans that all the updates in this software update group (all deployed automatically as part of the same ADR) would show the same status of unknown, rather than just
three of them.
The updates in question are: KB2894842, KB2972215 & KB2977629 (First two .net 4.0 and last one IE11).
Now these updates would largely be not required in our organisation as for the most part we use different versions so I would expect them to show as not required.
Short of kicking off a mass software update scan cycle I don't know a) why this has happened b) if a scan cycle will fix it. Our clients scan every week and its been several weeks since the updates were deployed, that and the other updates have all reported
back in.
Anyone have any ideas? Its making the compliance results look quite poor :(

What is the code you get when you run compliance report, like that in the following thread:

I have just installed Firefox 6, and Rapport no longer works - the same problem that you had with Firefox 5. What is happening?

You prompted me to install Firefox 6 this evening, as it addresses serious security/stability problems, but when I did this, the Rapport icon vanished from the address bar. Reinstalling the current version of Rapport has not fixed this.
The same thing happened a few months ago with Firefox 5, and it took Rapport a week to develop a new compatible version.
Why has this happened again? Do you not check this before launching new versions? Or, why at the very least do you not warn us beforehand that some programs will not work for X days? I'd prefer to be without the latest Firefox for a week or so rather than without Rapport - not least because my bank requires me to use Rapport.
Please advise ASAP.

@tatmab When that happens to me I just move around until I get service back. If that dont work call tech support to see if the towers could be having some kind of issue.

Trying to confirm that 2 emails were sent earlier - neither register with in the Thunderbird folders.
This persists even if I close it down and re-start it - and I have tried safe mode as well!
The error messages I saw earlier are confused and repetitive!

Apple Application Support was not found. Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error 2 (Windows error 2).

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
