If it is WEP, one of the problems is that the actual standard relies on a 10 character HEX key for 40bit WEP and a 26 character HEX key for 128bit WEP. In order to make things easier, vendors use certain algorithms to convert simple alphanumeric passwords (or passphrases) into HEX keys, thus enabling the use of simple easy to remember WEP password rather than lengthy HEX keys. The problem is that different vendors use different algorithms to generate the HEX key and therefore a ASCII password on an AEBS will be hashed differently on a non-Apple client and vice versa. You may find the following Apple Support article helpful. -

if you already have that and it's windows then uninstall itunes
use regEdit you can type that in run or the likes and search and delete all hits you get on itunes
then reboot windows and install itunes again -

What 'redeem code' are you expecting, and why do you think that you need one ? iTunes gift cards are country-specific (they can only be redeemed/used in the country in which they were issued), if they aren't available in your country then you won't be able to get one. You shouldn't need a gift code in order to update an app.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
Try This - Renew IP Address:
• Launch Settings app

This is not working for me. I tried the Windows 7 Resolution steps multiple times to no avail. Please help. I am obviously connected to the internet (as is iTunes Store).
I am connected to the internet through a Verizon Wireless card, that is my regular internet connection.I did all that HT1925 recommended and it was no help. My computer still won't recognize my iPhone. Often trying to start Apple Mobile Device Service fails with an error message that it starts and then stops immediately.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the ''Safe mode'' start window.

If the videos are .wmv files, VLC from VideoLAN will play them and pretty much any other media format.

After an automatic update recently, I can only print email (Outlook Express 6) headers but the messages do not print. I now have Firefox 3.6.22.
Thanks John for the suggestion. I was finally able to dwonload the newest drivers today when I signed on. Seems like if you let one day go by Software Update will look at your version of the driver and will finally let you download the newest. That did not help. Nothing but communication errors. It would not even let me load the the new driver as it would no longer ever see the printer.
Yesterday, for further explanation, I was working at the computer when I heard the printer chime a few times. When I looked over the green light, which normally signals it is receiving a file to print, was flashing away. I was doing nothing and I finally had to turn it off. I spoke with another techie friend who is a big Mac user and has the same printer and he suggested it may be the USB circuit. This printer has been on for 5 years with a few days off. We have concluded the circuits are past their useful life and I will soon send the printer to be recycled somewhere. A new printer is on the way as I need this device.
Again, thank you for your suggestion and I will mark this solved due to mechanical failure. -
Yesterday, since I downloaded the latest version 3.6.6, every time firefox opens and when I click on something, I get multiple error windows that say "ERROR: Security Manager Vetoed Action". Print page with complete table
When I print my page I only see the first 25 rows of the table. 25 is The RangeSize of the itterator. Is it possible to change the RangeSize only for a printable page or is there another way to print all the rows of the table? Joost
