I have added 4 fields to the data source 0FI_AA_11 .
I can able to see these fields in the append structure or in RSA2,but i can not able to see in RSA6.I reactivated append structure ,still i can not see these fields in RSA6.

Yes. Reinstall iTunes. If that is the point at which you stopped trying the support suggestions then it makes sense to me, that you move on to the next suggestion and if reinstalling iTunes is the next suggestion, so be it.
However .... I too have issues that arise out of the blue with my iPad being recognized in iTunes and what I always do and it eventually works is to quit iTunes, restart my MacBook, and reboot my iPad.
Rebooting the iPad is the last thing that I do and only if I have no success with quitting iTunes and restarting the Mac. It may take a few tries to work, but if you are that dead set against reinstalling iTunes, then give it a try.

By default the photos will be sorted by the date modified.

If you created an album containing some of your photo stream photos, this will not be shared using photo stream. If you want to share a subset of your photos, create a shared photo stream and share it with your wife, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99.

BUT, i thought my icould worked syncing my phone and the ipad but i can not see my calender from my phone to my ipad, VERY ANNOYING!!! my contacts went to my ipad and my pictures also. what am i doing that i cant see my calender?

I love, love, love my Apple products too! It's so nice to pick up either device and have your info at your finger tips! You mentioned that the iCloud is stating you do not have enough storage. This sounds the calendar issue is related to that. If there is not enough storage on the iCloud, you will not be able to sync all the info between devices. You can either buy new storage, or remove the syncing of another app. To manage your storage, go to Settings>iCloud. There you can turn on and off sync options. I would also check to make sure the calendar sync is set to "on." You can also scroll down to "Storage and Backup" it will then allow you to purchase more storage.

It sounds like your phone has calendars that your iPad no longer shows. First verify that the same calendars that are on your phone are stored in iCloud by checking the calendar at http://www.icloud.com. I would use the iOS troubleshooting section of the following article on your iPad. If not, then use it on your iPhone instead:
