You may want to read this I imported a mix of color and black and white raw files but lightroom changed all the black and white file to color?
The Black and white you see is just the cameras representation of the "raw" pixel information straight from the sensor. The RAW file format has yet to undergo demosaicing, and so it contains just one red, green, or blue value at each pixel location.
Lightroom, or any other RAW processor, doesn't recognize the in-camera processing because it is unique to the camera.

Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > Content: Load Images: Exceptions - See [[Options window - Content panel]]
A way to see which images are blocked is to click the favicon (''Site Identification'' icon) on the left side of the location bar.
A click on the "More Information" button will open the Security tab of the "Page Info" window (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
Open the ''Media'' tab of the "Page Info" window.
Select the first image and scroll down though the list with the Down arrow key.
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "''Block Images from...''" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

Welcome to Apple discussions.
Your post was hard to follow, but, for openers, very few people should EVER use terminal commands. As you have found out, you can screw a system up badly.
So much for the lecture.
OS X requires a system administrator password when anyone tries to install software that will affect the operating system. This is an Apple security feature that keeps people from, hopefully, doing dumb things to their system.
You cannot use a "friends" disk on a system that differs from your own.
Bottom line, you need to reinstall the operating system (whatever came with the system). If it is OS X 10.5, you could do an archive and install.
There is no way that I know of to undo the damage caused by entering the arcane terminal commands.

You aren't doing anything wrong.
If the PDF is short enough, your iPad Mail app will display the text as part of the mail.
Actually it is still an attachment.
Tap and HOLD on the text and you should see options to "Open In..." that will allow you to open the PDF in most PDF readers such as iBooks, GoodReader, etc.

IChat Problem: I can hear but can not see my friend

My friend and I were video chatting on iChat yesterday with NO problems at all. Today we tried to video chat and I don't get an image of her. I can hear her, but all I see is a video of myself! I have read online that Perian 1.1.3 causes this problem and that I should uninstall it, but I do not have Perian. Any suggestions?
And her image of me is fine. She can see and hear me but I can only hear her.
So far I have shut off my computer and turned it back on - didn't work.
Installed Perian then Uninstalled Perian - didn't work.
Deleted QuickTime plug-ins - didn't work.
ANY SUGGESTEIONS WELCOME!

I do remember resetting my print system through the set-up utility and it didn't work, although that was before I deleted and re-installed the software. I did not try the AirPort Admin steps, however. Does that just automatically "turn off" when there is a situation like a changed ink tank or something?
How about if someone joined my network? Would that just knock off the printing?
I will try that again when I get home from work to see if that helps.

Hmm... I didn't think we had quite released this version yet. It's possible that that website went live before the link to the new download. There should be a blog entry about this on the "Power BI" blog in the very near future.

I am developing an VISITOR Adobe Interactive Form, i have Designer 8.1 and Reader 9.0 in my Windows 7 Laptop. When i checked the menu EDIT-->form properties --> Compatability, its Adobe XML form File (XDP)
When i opened this VISITOR interactive form in a browser, right clicking and checked form PROPERTIES, then i saw the "PDF Version: 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x)"

The panel you are looking for was removed from the newer versions of DW with no plan to replace them. I'm not sure why they decided not to replace them (I think they're letting 3rd party extension builders be responsible for possible security issues or some such tomfoolery), but the code used in the old ones is about to become problematic with new installations of PHP.
You can get some functionality back by installing a deprecated server behaviors extension, it may already be on your system, depending on your version...

After fresh installation of exchange 2013 I am not seeing Exchange Management shell EMS and EAC is redirecting to OWA

I am trying to upgrade my Exchange 2010 environment to exchange 2013. I was able to install exchange 2013 on a VM running windows 2012 R2 without any errors, however after installation I am not able to login to Exchange admin center as it keeps redirecting
to OWA and I am not seeing Exchange management shell.

What’s the version of your Exchange 2013 Server. Try updating it to the latest version first.
If you were using an account which is still on the Exchange 2010 MBX server, this could be an issue. Try creating a new admin account on the Exchange 2013 and check if the issue still happens
to it.

Not seeing Airplay on Mac Mini

I have a Mac Mini purchased September 2011. I also have an AppleTV 2. I see the apple TV to stream a movie out of iTunes, but after loading Mountain Lion it is not seeing the ATV no matter what I do. Please tell me my 10 month old computer is not already behind on this one.
Any suggestions on connecting the 2?

My Treo recognizes the iPhone and my iPhone recognizes the Treo...kind of. My Treo is listed as "Mobile Phone" but "not connected". Both PIN codes are 0000 and they seem to be seeing each other but the iPhone is not connecting with the Treo. What's wrong? Thanks for your help.
