I can not see my website in firefox. It works in all other browsers. Could I get some info on how to make it visable in Firefox??

I am working on a site in wordpress and realized that it's visible in all browsers except Firefox. Could you give me some info on how to fix this issue?

I could not find a website issues community and this one was the closest I could find. If this needs to be moved to a different community, please do so.
I realize it's cross platforms, but web browsing should be the same for everyone, no matter what device is used.
I can watch Apple website videos just fine on Windows/Chrome browser (or IE, Firefox) but can't on Samsung Android/Chrome browser (also tried Firefox, Opera, Samsung browser).
Other websites embedded videos are working (i.e. youtube, vimeo, forums etc.) so far it is only the Apple website embedded videos that are not working.
Any idea why?

Is the website myfitnesspal no longer compatible with you? It won't allow me to log in but works with ALL other browsers. I've done troubleshoot. Didn't work.

Yesterday I had problems with the website Myfitnesspal.com. I have a tab set to automatically open when I start the browser every day. I could not log any information into the site, so I tried a log off and log on. It won't let me log on to the site. I contacted, myfitnesspal and we worked through many trouble shooting steps. I also tried all the troubleshooting steps from your site. I even did a complete shutdown and start up of my computer. Nothing has fixed this problem. I had the same issue with a couple of store I like to browse. The store site are finally working after more than 6 months of frustration. Myfitnesspal works on ALL other browsers. So with everything that has been tried and done, the problem seems to be on your end somewhere. I am running Windows 7 Professional, 32 bit.

The JS statement document.getElementsByName("PME_data_myfield").item(0).outerHTML=""; is not executed in FF, it works on all other browsers

I am trying to remove an input element from a form with the above statement in a javascript. It works on all other browsers but not on FF. It does not generate an error either. Instead of removing the item it just seems to be ignoring the statement.
I remove the element with the above statement and then re create a new one with document.createElement. In FF it duplicates the element.

Firefox only supports innerHTML and not outerHTML, so you need to use other code for Firefox.

Empty the Safari cache...
Command + Option + E on your keyboard.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try to re position an image on FB.

Trying to embed a wmv video in website to work with Firefox. Video works but the controls appear then disappear. How can I get the cotnrols to show and stay. Works in all other browsers.

I had this exact problem too. Unlike IE, firefox wasn't scaling the video to fit into the height and width I defined. As a result the controls were disappearing off the bottom.
I found that by making the height of the window 50px larger than the videos native height, the controls were displayed permenantly. Since the other browsers scale the video to fit the window, this solution works for them all.

We can not login in to our account with Genbook. All other account have been fine so far.

When ever we use Firefox, we can not login to our account with Genbook (this is the only account we are having this issue with). I can go to Explorer and login without any problems. Please let me know how to correct this problem.

Firefox says "The Connection was Reset," but internet works in all other browsers

Whenever I open Firefox, it says "The Connection was Reset" on all pages. But, when I open Google Chrome the internet works without problems. I have already tried to change the proxy settings, but that didn't work.

Maybe also do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.

Youtube has no page style in Firefox, but works on all other browsers.

Since yesterday I have not been able to use Youtube. Not only does the site itself have no page style, but Youtube videos embedded on other sites don't show up either. I've developed a website (www.fit-mamas.com.au) whereby you click on the black & white image and get a pop-up window running a video. The video is an .flv file running via a .swf file loaded from an html file. The .swf file was produced using Flash CS3. The video loads perfectly in all browsers except for Firefox which just displays a blank screen with video controls. The video works for me on Linux. The server seems to be slow and playing stops all the time.

Browser is not reading style sheets to website, works in all other browsers

I created my site using templates in Dreamweaver. The new 4.0.1 Firefox browser does not render the site properly. The nav bar is split and all of the content is missing. It rendered correctly in 3.__.17 as well as current Safari and Chrome browsers on both PC and Mac

The home page looks fine to me.

For years FF has worked beautifully with Constant Contact. Now sevear function in CC will not work in the FF browser - they work in all other browsers. Help

Until one week ago, I had no difficulty or problems working Constant Contact while open in my Firefox browser. Now I have several with some functions in CC not working.
Inserting images, setting hyper links, changing background color - These are three necessary functions that I use in Constant Contact emails that no longer function when opening CC in Firefox browser - latest update was today 10/29/2013.
The function work in the Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers.
I have contacted Support at Constant Contact and the issue is not with their program.

Hi eaglegrafix, try disabling ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions (i.e., anything you don't think you'll need for 24 hours) and see whether that solves it. You can do that on the Add-ons page:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category ''(in the left column, click Extensions)''
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that help narrow it down?

Thanks for the help, but i've actually done that before.
It does not help, because it only shows the photos on the camera roll and do not show the photos synchronized with that pc that i dont have access anymore.
The photos/albums all appear on the ipad, i can see it without problems but i cant get them out of the ipad to save onto pc for backup.
And i reaaly need it, as it is the only place that i actually have these photos now...
