    I can not download in creative cloud! Every time I try, creative asks for password (although I am alreadt logged in), I write the name and password. It says , you have logged off. Try again. Choose to download PS CC. Again click in button download - asks for password - you log off - and so on!
    Second point: my PS CC is now in evaluation mode! Why?

  • Can't sign onto Creative Cloud

    Hello all,
    I have tried all of the solutions suggested here, including installing the Application Manager. I uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled it. Each time I
    launch Creative Cloud I get a blank screen (below).
    I can still use Indesign and Photoshop, but now I need Illustrator for a project. I can't even download a free trial. Customer support phone line is down and I've been waiting for half an hour to chat with a representative. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

    I have the common issue of creative cloud not signing in. Tried to resolve this issue by deleting the opm, but that proves to not work either. does anti-virus software effect the sign in at all?

    I have the trial version of Creative Cloud.  I was able to launch at time of down load but can not now.  I have tried several times to get tech support from Adobe.  They are now telling me because it is the trial version they can't help me.  Really???     Very likely there was a probem accessing the Adobe servers, anyhow, applications are already installed and you can use them, non-working Cloud just prevents you from accessing some services.

    Permissions often become corrupted when upgrading the Mac OS to Yosemite. Have you tried installing from a newly created admin account or the root user account?

  • Can not install from Creative Cloud

    We have Creative Cloud for Teams.  I am trying to get some software installed from the cloud for one of the users.  Every time I click Install on an application (have tried Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop), it sits for a little while and then says Installation Failed.  When I click on the details, the error is "The download appears corrupt. Please try again after a few minutes (-60).  I have been trying to install for several hours and keep getting the same error.  I also tried to download the Trial version, still get the same error.  I need to get this installed as soon as possible for this user.  Any suggestions?  The OS is Windows 8.1 64-bit.
