I can not sync my iphone music and apps

i have an iphone 4s with my current music and apps.
It ill not let me sync my apps and music onto my new pc itunes to update my new iphone 5. can someone please help me do this?

Sync is one way, computer to iDevice.
Move the media from the old computer to the new computer.

If you restored as new, without using a backup, and still only get an option to restore, there is a hardware problem or the phone was previously hacked (jailbroken, downgraded iOS, unauthorized unlock). Your only option is to take it to Apple or whoever provides iPhone service in your country.

If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:

Yes. You can sync everything that is currently on your iPod Touch to your newer one. Just plug it in and sync it like you did with the old one.
If you want to retain your App data, see this article for information on backing up your current iPod Touch and restoring the backup onto a new one.

If you purchase the iPad, keep in mind that some Apps may not be compatible with it.

Please somebody help me. I can not sync my iPhone 4S with the newest itunes 11.0. I do not know why it is not working.when I start to do the backup copies,its not respondible at all. if I skip the backup,nothing happens,it is not sync any music or video to my iPhone 4S. I hate that,because 10.6 was working properly with my device,but this one is not. so please give me some instruction,what I should do.

If your MacBook Pro has an Intel processor and at least 1gb or RAM, you can upgrade your machine to the minimum operating system requirements for use with iTunes 11.

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

If Wi-Fi syncing is checked in iTunes not sure what else it could be. I would backup your device and restore.

1) authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Yes.
On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs.
