I can not sync the song I deleted in iOS again to my iPhone

I deleted a song from my iPhone 4, in iOS 5.0.1. When I sync this song to my iPhone 4 next time, I can NOT find it any more! I tried to sync the song individually or sync the whole album, but I still can not find the song... I just want to listen to this song agian. How can I sync this song to my iPhone again? Is this a bug for iOS?

Yes, the file extension is M4R. Does it matter where I save these files on my Macbook? I then opened them in Itunes and played them. I did find the Tones folder in Itunes but the Tones or Ringtones tab does not show up when I select Iphone (within Itunes). When I open the Tones folder in the Library, it is empty. I have already tried following those steps. I went back and tried to follow them again but they did not work. Some of my songs have synced, some have not. There is also manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. If you have successfully transferred your iTunes library from your old computer to your new one, then go ahead and restore the Nano to factory settings in iTunes on your new PC. This process will deassociate the iPod with the computer and allow it to start syncing with the new one.

Are you currently in Japan or Hong Kong ? You have to be in a country (and have a billing address in that country on your account) to buy or download from its store, that is included in the store's terms.

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Very strange. Two items to try:
a. Enable iCloud Status and iCloud Download fields in Song view, sort on status and look for any 'waiting' or 'error';
b. If (a) looks good, establish a new user account, create an empty library and enable iTunes Match, confirm that this provides access to all Songs and is working well.
These are seeking to ensure both no bad Songs or local Library corruption - both are relatively quick.

Just an idea for using your iPod nano, even if the power switch is broken. I don't have a 6th gen nano to try this, but it would work with my 5th gen iPod nano.
If you use headphones with remote control buttons on the cord, pressing the middle button should have the same effect as pressting the power button to make the iPod active. It does on my 5th gen nano. And it should automatically go into the power saving mode if you leave it alone (and not play anything) for a minute or two, which is the same as pressing the power button to "turn it OFF."

I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. In Entourage options you should find a tab to sync to iCal & AddressBook. I used it a couple of weeks ago when I got my iPhone to transfer my contacts and calendar data. After that I quit using Entourage for the supplied applications on my macbook. Not as flashy or all in one application, but sync with the iphone has been without problems.
