Hi. At 1st Enter the setup code on
your computer to connect
your other device to your
Sync account then Click the Home
button (or type
about:home in the
location bar) to bring
up the default
Firefox home page.
Then At the bottom of the
home page, click the
Sync link to open the
Sync settings
window. Then click the Pair a
device link and the
Firefox Sync Setup
window will open.and Enter the twelve
character code
generated on your
other device and
click Next. When the code is
accepted you will see
a Device Connected
message and your
device will
immediately begin
syncing. Click Finish
to close the setup

Then finish and prompts: "itunes can not synchronize (other)thousands of projects, and see more information in itunes". I for the first time since buying my iphone and ipods for almost three years am concedering getting rid of them as I am getting tired of this problem. I can sync anything from my computer to the iphone. I can not sync movies bought on the iphone to my computer. I have tried everything and spent days trying to trouble shoot. I literally have bought hundreds of movies off Itunes but will not buy any thing else until I can figure this problem out. I have uninstalled Itunes reinstalled, troubles shooted using the itunes trouble shooter and reset my phone and nothing works.
When I try to sync from my phone to the computer it says it can not be done because the iphone is not hooked up to the computer. I have only had these problesm since the new update not before. I have bought new cables twice to see if it helped and has not. Both my kids have Ipods, I have a Iphone and was planning on buying two Ipads for the kids for Christmas but not if I can fix this.You are correct. Syncing should transfer any purchased media, including videos, from your device to your iTunes library provided your computer is authorized for the Apple ID used to make these purchases. You mentioned that you have uninstalled iTunes before, but if you didn't follow this guide exactly, uninstalling iTunes and all of its components in the order specified, it may not have been successful so you should try again: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7.

I can not sync my IPhone to My Imac. I have the latest version of ITunes on my Imac. I have tried reseting my phone (3), changing ports. Nothing works. I was thinking maybe my phone has the earlier version of ITunes but I can't update it.

Create a parent folder on your computer to contain the folders of photos you want transferred to your iPhone. Select the parent folder under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. To add an additional folder of photos to your iPhone, place the folder of photos in the parent folder followed by a sync.

Is your iPhone connected to your computer using the lightning cable or are you doing WiFi sync?
Sometimes the iPhone doesn't show up in the side bar if you're using WiFi syncing, if its not working, then be connected to your WiFi on your phone and on your computer (Same network) let me know how it's going, if it doesn't work still. Turn your phone off and on again and put in your pass code then try to sync it (keep your phone unlocked and not in sleep mode) tel me if it appears in the side bar. -
I can not sync my iPhone after restoring it - my computer only gives me the restore (again and again and again) option. I have no music and only a few aps now on my iPhone. Any tips before I go to the genius bar?
If you restored as new, without using a backup, and still only get an option to restore, there is a hardware problem or the phone was previously hacked (jailbroken, downgraded iOS, unauthorized unlock). Your only option is to take it to Apple or whoever provides iPhone service in your country.

Upgraded to iTunes 11. Now, I can not sync my music to my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.0.1). Apps, movies and videos sync OK. Music is the problem. Tags are correctly check-marked. NO ERROR MESSAGE THOUGH. Just a No Content in the Music App in the iPhone. Any ideas ???

Since I'd installed the new version of iTunes, iCal and Address book do not sync with my iPhone 3GS through iTunes anymore and I get an error message stating that iTunes can not sync with this iPhone. Was must i do to correct this issue and if i must, how dI reintall iTunes without loosing my content?

When I plug my ipad into the computer to sync a message pops up saying that the ipad can not sync because there is not enough memory on the itunes library. Do I need to increase the itunes library memory and how do I do this, or do I just need to trasnfer things out of itunes? Thanks.

Can not sync photos from my PC to my Ipad via Itunes
I have updated my itunes and ma Ipad 1 to IOS 5 . And now I can not sync the photos from my PC to my Ipad. The syncing process of the Ipad starts and end just whe. it comes to sync the pictures, and in the bar at the bottom of I tunes shows that there are pictures transfered to my Ipad but nothing is on my Ipad, and the process of pics sync is to short.
I have checked the box for pic sync, and I have also choose the folder on my pc
I have deleted the Ipad Photo Cache folder also
I have reinstalled th Itunes
and I still can not sync my photos from PC to my Ipad.
Two days before I have done that with my iphone, and I had no problems, but on Ipad it does not work. Please help me !It looks like noone has and Idea how to fix this problem ;-(

I recently bought a new computer becouse my old computer crashed. Now I can not sync my itunes account. I get an error when I try. It says that itunes will erase my phone content and replace with what is on the phone. I do not want to lose all my stuff so what do I do?
This is how it works.
Iphone will sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

Although you used the new USB 3.0 port, the actual connection speed is still USB2.0, as the iPod Dock connector, does not have the 10 times faster USB3.0 signal pins, the connection speed is still 480Mbits/s
I assumed that you have tried the other USB 2.0 port to no success..
Can you do the iPod Disk diagnostic as posted earlier by tt2, it wont fix your problem, but helps in troubleshooting.
