I can not transfer the files using blue tooth?
I can not transfer the video,pictures using the blue tooth. Though mobile display says I pad paired,
But I pad is not connected to the mobile, even both places pass key is entered ok.
Transferring of files via Bluetooth on iOS is not supported. Bluetooth on the iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch is for the use of external keyboards, speakers earphones and accessories like those.

I've manage to install the first part (disc 1) using this method as it runs as a remote disc but disc 2 only contains a folder called payloads and it doesn't pick it up from my external HD while running the installer (does that make sense?) Is there a way of dragging and dropping these files into Adobe Utilities some how? I just don't want to have to go buy a 'plug in' CD drive for this one thing.

I have an older IMAC mid 2007 intel core. I want to transfer my backup files from an older Maxtor One Touch drive to a new one. My old drive is not support by Yosemite. Can I transfer the files to a new supported drive? I haven't bought a new one yet. Any suggestions as to which new one to purchase?
See if you can get the drive to mount. See mount section of 1st link.

I have transferred a load of files from my PC to my iMac using the migration assistant. The message on both machines say that the process was successful but I can not find the files on the mac. Any ideas?
When you use Migration Assitant it creates another user account and puts your files there. Please log out of your normal account and log into the new account. Had you use Setup Assistant when it asked if you were migrating that would not have occured. You have a couple of options, combine the two accounts (not recommended) or start over, use Setup Assistant and have everything in one user account. Pages is not saving document correctly. After saving the changes either do not appear or you can not open the file. The error is "not a valid format" I am in Pages '09 4.1 (923). I also use Parallels. Anyone having similar issues?
I'm not sure that Lion AutoSave feature apply to network servers.
I'm just sure that the Versions feature doesn't.

I can not download any files using Safari ? when I choose to download application file the URL include the file name and stop responding. Any help??

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up a guest account” (without the quotes) in the search box.
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem(s)?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault in Mac OS X 10.7 or later, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The Guest login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled under Mac OS X 10.7 or later, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2. -
I have been using AOL for many years as my ISP but now I want to close my account and use iCloud. My challenge is I don't want to lose five years worth of emails and attachments saved in AOL personal folders. Can I can transfer the files using iCloud?

I take a .NEF file and a .JPG file with every click. When I transfer the files using a flash drive to another computer I never get all of the files to transfer. I get some of the .NEF and some of the .JPGs but not all. How come?
If you're exporting a project then you'll only get the images in that project. Also if any of the masters are referenced then you won't get those masters unless you check Consolidate masters into exported library
It might be best if you started from the beginning and explained what it is your are trying to do and how you're going about doing it. Also a description of you're hardware/software setup would be helpful. -
Help:Can not find the file in jar!

I build a project using Netbeans 5.0 and make a jar file with it...
The code in the project as follows will throw an exception described that it can not find the file named datasource-config.xml

when I run the project with the main() function as an entry it works perfectly and output:

But when I compressed the project with jar and run it , it will show:
filepath:file:/C:/projects/java_project/search/dist/search.jar!/com/cn/wxjt/lucene/config/datasource-config.xml
there is a (!) between search.jar and /com/cn/wxjt...
I dont know why I generate a ! symbol in the file path... Is it cause the exception->

the resource is the directory inside the jar file.

now when i creates new File using the url.getFile() method the file does not exist.

After the report files were moved to the directory under root in Linux, I can not open the file(.rdf) in my working directory in linux even though it doesn't work in the report builder in window.(it used to work fine)
error message the following;

#3125 error. I can not open the file
We work on a Mac and a Win machine. We share the files via a NAS. We now encounter the problem that the muse-site saved by the Win machine can no longer be openend by the Mac. (#3125 error. I can not open the file). The only option to continue is to work via the Win machine.... ;-((( Please give us a solution. Ed
A 3125 error indicates the operating system returned an error when Muse attempted to open the file.
It's highly unlikely there's anything wrong with the file. If you haven't already confirmed, if you copy the file to the Mac's local drive it will open fine.
I'm suspicious of file/folder permissions. Is it possible the account used to mount and write to the NAS from Windows has different user permissions than the account that's attempting to read it on the Mac? I could theorize a 3125 error might occur if one user with the necessary permissions wrote a file to the NAS and then a second user with insufficient permissions attempted to open it.
Also, two users cannot simultaneously open the same .muse file on the NAS. Is that what's being attempted in this case? Muse goes to great lengths to attempt to prevent this and should put up an error about the file already being open in another copy of Muse. However, how that's detected is dependent on OS APIs that have subtly different behaviors on different servers and server protocols. -

According to the publisher For GoSystem Tax, the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10 is required. Which means it can't be accessed from an iPad. This seems weird. I would recommend you contact the publisher.
