I can only find a film on the US store, not UK why is this?

I have searched for several films (including lord of the rings) but I can only find them on the US store? Why aren't they available on the UK store?

Apple TV has HDMI output so you would need a convertor for an HDMI cable to a USB port, I have not seen this type so search availability first. Of course you would lose quality. An HD TV should have an HDMI Port, if you cannot find one then that is a problem, if it is you don't have a free one you can get an HDMI splitter to put two inputs to the same port and still get HD quality.

No, we told you why you could get the paid books in the Pakistani iTunes Store; because Apple has not been able to obtain the rights to sell them there. There is no "fix", in Settings or anywhere else, to that problem. You cannot purchase paid iBooks in Pakistan, and you cannot use another country's iTunes Store.

If you create an Apple ID for your daughter, signing out of the existing Apple ID with the iTunes & App Store on her iPhone will not change anything on your iPhone.
All apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps.
If she starts using her Apple ID to download apps, when there is an app update for an app on her iPhone that was downloaded with the current shared Apple ID, she will need to use that Apple ID and password to download the app updates.

Make sure your Mac can run Mavericks > OS X Mavericks: System Requirements
v10.9 Mavericks no longer available from the App Store but may be able to acquire a redemption code from Apple via email.
Open the App Store. Select either Features, Top Charts, or Categories in the menu top of the window.
Then click Support under Quick Links right of the App Store window then click Contact Support.
Once you have the redemption code, click Redeem under Quick Links.

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to perform unauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. I think the sitation with the Canon BJC-80 is a little confused. I think the Canon web site is confused.
I get conflicting information. I suggest trying Gutenprint and Gimp-Print for Mac OS X. Gimp-Print is the older name for Gutenprint.
I haven't had much luck with Gimp-Print. Hopefully you will do better.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

It is technically an iPhone, not iPad app (but should still work on the iPad, I believe). Search the app store for "Keynote Remote" and then change the view to iPhone Only (menu at top of screen).

You can download iPad user guides from iTunes then sync with your iPad.
Open iTunes.
Type in: ipad user guide in the search field top right corner of the iTunes window.
There are two available. One for the iOS 4.3 and iOS 5
They will be installed to the iBook library on the iPad once they have downloaded and synced.

My podcast with the keyword "cairnhill" does not show up when I search the iTunes Store. It was working before Me.Com became iCloud. The podcast is still there and will download when a person subscribe to it. It just won't show up through the iTunes search engine. Can someone help please?
