I can only get on american app store and itunes when i live in australia
I have an iphone 3g on the optus network in australia. Everything was working fine until a couple of weeks ago when i restarted it by holding down the sleep button and the home button for 10 seconds. When it restarted it came up with iphone is activeated just like i had turned it on for the first time. when i went into the app store and realised it was the american one instead of the australian one. itunes was the same. I cant restore my phone as my computer is currently being repaired. Has anyone had this problem and doen anyone know how to fix it? thanks.

To change the account you are using on your mobile device, go to your computer and sign in to the iTunes Store with the account you want to use on your mobile device, then sync your iPhone or iPod touch with your computer again. This will transfer the new account information to the mobile device."
You could always sign-in to your account on another computer, but the sync requirement would cause you problems.

Make sure that you haven't restricted it in the settings - Settings>General>Restrictions>On. If you have it set to on you may have disabled app downloads and that removes the icon from the screen.
Swipe for screen to screen to look for it - it may be hidden in a folder.
You can restore it the home screen quite easily, but this method will restore your home screen to the way it looked "out of the box" and your current home screen structure will be removed.
Anyway the way you can do this is - Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. -
I doenloaded the Mavericks yesterday and since then, I couldn't get on to itunes store or app store or browse the web by safari since then.

I upgraded MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011) to yosemite. I have no more access to Finder, App Store and some apps. Since I have no access to App Store I cannot download the missing parts. How can I get access to App Store?

What do you mean by having no access to those apps? Can you start up your Mac and work with it, and only some OS X apps do not work?
Anyway, what you can try is to reinstall OS X. To do this, hold Command and R keys while your Mac is starting up and reinstall OS X. You will not lose any file. -
can't download anything from app store or itunes. everytime i try to install an app i get this error "there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. please update ur payment method". i have recently changed my visa debit card and home adress and when i make these changes i still get the same error.
will u please help me out?Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.

I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore. Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab so i cant download any apps. Purchased and updates tab loads fine. Any suggestions?

It is Not available as a download... It is a Paid Upgrade.

If you had a backup either in iTunes or iCloud of the iPad you can restore from it by following this article:

If not you can go into the Purchased section of the App Store App, and download your Purchased Apps from there for free. However their data will not be restored. -

I have the same problem! Let me know if you manage to sort it out. My iPad did the same thing but to full restore from iTunes sorted that out. Have you tried that? No such luck with my iPhone.

I got disconnected after the release of the last update! I'm disconnected only from the app store and itunes. Do i have to update to activate my account? What to do, i'm stuck.
Have you restarted your phone?
If so, try a reset. Press and hold the home & sleep/wake buttons until the screen goes blank, ignoring the power off slider if it comes up.
Check for the app again after the phone starts back up.
