So I just had a HELL of a time installing cc that I paid for over a month ago. After I finally got CC working, I went to download PS it worked fine until I realized it was only the trial version. So I removed it. I noticed that the only option I have for PS is "try" not "install" am I missing something here? I saw a few others had this issue with no clear answer on how to resolve it, I have a mac

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

You can't install an older OS over a newer one. So you'll get a message saying you can't install ML until you erase the drive.
I'm presuming you already have the full Mountain Lion installer on your drive.
Download DiskMaker X. Use it, the ML installer, and an 8 GB flash drive to create your own bootable ML installer. Boot to the flash drive when it's ready. From there, you'll get the same minimal work screen as when you boot into Recovery Mode. Use Disk Utility to erase the drive, then install Mountain Lion. Restore your personal data.

I bought an iphone 4s but i'm not able to get any internet connection even though I pay for internet service through Verizon. Both Verizon and Apple have troubleshooted but still not connection! Apple gave me another new iphone 4c but still having the same problem. Now Verizon is goiing to send me a Refurbished iphone 4c. If I get this refurbished phone and still have the same problem I will be stuck with a phone with no internet. Has anyone else ever had this problem or anyone know what the problem is?

Go to Settings>General>Usage and see how much available local storage you have available. You can also see what apps are taking up the most room.
You say that you paid for more iCloud storage. That's for back ups. You can't download apps to it or steam media from it. In order to take pictures you have to have space on the phone itself.

Script Alert: can't find .js files even though they're in the folder that the program looked in to?

I'm new to the whole After Effects community and I am currently using it for a project.
I followed a tutorial by Mt. Mograph on youtube and I downloaded the script "Ease and Wizz".
I have it as a panel and all, but every time I attempt to apply my desired expression, a popup box says that there is a script alert and it can't find the file for the expression.
Is there something that I'm doing wrong? I have tried to remove the script and download it again, but nothing has worked for me.

Try to copy "easingExpressions" folder that came with the script into this folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2014\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels\

You have to follow a process outlined on the Nextel Developer's Web site. Go type in WebJAL and you find the process there. When the WebJAL application goes to make a network connection, Nextel (Sprint) looks up the phone's ID in one of their back-end systems. Your phone needs to be registered with them - or else you get the message you saw.
The process of getting your device registered with them can take 3-10 business days.

I keep getting the trial versions after I've paid for the Creative Cloud service.

I'm currently paying for the creative cloud service and I've downloaded a few of the programs (Indesign, Incopy, Photoshop, Illustrator) but when I open them they are coming up as trial versions. I uninstall the ones that were the trial version and reinstall them and I keep getting the trial version, What should do to fix this problem?

I subscribed to the student edition of CC yesterday, but still can only install Trial Versions via the Creative Cloud Applet. Is that normal?

Can't make a partition, even though I completely restored the hard drive.

Hello. I think it'd be best I explain it in full detail to get the most accurate answer. It's a bit long, so please bear with me.
I have a Macbook Pro, late-2009 edition and OS X Lion. (Version 10.7.2)
I want to partition my drive in order to have Windows 7 in my computer. My friend, who was helping me, said that I couldn't immediately make a partition because according to what he checked in my computer, I had made a partition before and it was still there.
Now the backup [haha, pun] of the latter is that my other friend, earlier in the year, had put a Windows virutal machine in my computer and made a small partition of it. I didn't want it anymore, however, and deleted it from my computer. I did, however, follow my friend's steps to appropriately delete the virtual machine and the partition beforehand, but it doesn't seem to be the case...
Anyway, back to the present. My friend thought it would be best to pretty much restore and reinstall my OS Lion. After Lion was reinstalled, I restored all of my files through a Time Machine backup I did the day before.
When he went to go to Boot Camp and make the partition, it had the following window pop up:
However, when we checked disk utility about the format, this is what it says:
You can see that the format is indeed Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
I'm led to believe that the previous partition is still in my hard disk (Although it shouldn't be) and it's causing problems. But honestly, I'm at a loss on what to do right now.
If anybody could give me some kind of answer, that would be lovely. Thank you.

when you installed or upgraded to Lion it should have created Recovery partition.
In some cases just shrink your "Mac HD" repair and then stretch back out.
Boot into Recovery Mode and check the drive and perform the above.

Note that a QuickTime Pro key does not add any additional formats to those included in the free versions of QuickTime Player already available on your system. All a Pro key gives you is editing and export capabilities.
