I can run a slideshow (of pictures) using Apple TV and ITunes but can't get the pictures to run in the order I set them up with in my hard drive directory
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Websites and third party Apps need enabling before they will allow AirPlay of Video content. Some Website/App developers have not enabled their products, some simply haven't got around to it yet, others have stated that they won't be enabling AirPlay (likely as a result of licensing issues).

If you mean transfer a slideshow from your computer then no. It is not storing it but rtaher streaming from the computer over your local network. The old model had an accessible hard-drive that would have allowed this.

I have updated my Apple ID and password, but am now getting a message that iCloud can't sync. On my iPod Touch, it still is showing up as my old Apple ID/email address.

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, set the account up on a Mac or an iPhone/iPad, then you will be able to sign into it on your PC.

I have a problem with my iPhone 4s. An Apple rep looked at the phone tonight and determined I will need a new phone. I am now trying to back up my data to iTunes but I cannot get the phone to turn on. I have it plugged into my computer monitor but it just slowly flashes the Apple symbol. Any ideas on how I can get it to power up for the backup?
Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

the email address assoc. with my iTunes account is no longer valid. can't access it. need to change it in iTunes but can't access account. even my birthdate is incorrect in iTunes...so can't log in. any suggestions on how to log in and edit info???
There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

I just bought an album on iTunes but didn't get the first two songs. I click on them to try to download them again, but get a message to authorize my computer. My computer is already authorized. How can I get my two missing songs?
Sometimes, there would be temporary connectivity glitches preventing you from downloading a certain track from the iTunes store - these are rare and usually resolve if you try back in some time. If it continues, contact Apple support mentioning the name of the problematic song:

i have an older yamaha receiver and projector both without hdmi inputs but component video instead. I would like to get apple tv and start renting movies through iTunes but apple tv only supports hdmi and ive read that iTunes has codes to prevent the use ot analog cables with movies. Is there a way to adapt hdmi to component video for both apple tv and iTunes easily?
Yes, HDMI is the only supported method. Also, with converters you will run into issues with HDCP (which will prevent you from streaming DRM content from iTunes etc) as well as resolution.

The first time I ran into this I went ahead and set up another account for my self but am still getting the same message. What do I need to do?you need to review the account and verify it, including payment method. If there's no option that states 'none' next to the creditcard options, you'll need to use a creditcard for this.

Try going to settings. Tap Reset, tap reset network connection, wait until the apple goes restart your iPad,. Back to setting tap provider and put in your network password.

Slide Show using Elements 5 and Premiere4
I have downloaded a trial version of Elements Premiere 4 and am trying to get pictures from Elements Collection file into it to produce a slide show.
I have another software which will do slide shows but the pictures are never in proper arrangement when I import to this program and it's hard to arrange 100 plus pics.
Can I produce a good DVD straight out of Elements 5?>I am using a trial version of Premiere Elements 4. I have sent my slideshow to Premiere Elements, but cannot get it to appear in Premiere Elements. Could this be because I am using a trial version?
No I don't think it is the trial version that prevents the slide show from appearing. As I said I am not sure the PSE 5 to PRE 4 will work.

The usual solution for this is to do a File > Export from the Organizer and use the Base Name option which will make an additional copy of the files so that
b their file names preserve the sequence of the files in the Collection.
You do this step
-- In PSE 5, display the specific Collection which you wish to use as the basis of the slide show. Then do a Select All so that all its thumbnails are selected (visible by blue outline box on the thumbnails)
And then you do
the File > Export command of the Organizer choosing the Base Name option. Personally I would give each slide show a different base name and I would make that name similar to the name of that Collection.
The Export command makes an additional copy of these photo files in the Collection, names them as designated in the Base Name option and allows you to designate the folder to which they are saved (I use a newly created folder). Then use the files of that folder as the input to Pinnacle. -

To remove from Apple TV:
iTunes > File > Home Sharing > Choose photos, uncheck what you don't want and apply.
To remove from iPhone:
Connect to iTunes, then select the device in the devices list, navigate to the photos tab and uncheck the photos you don't want, then sync/apply. -
