i can see my contacts in my iPad using the contacts app, but i cannot see a single contact being synced to the iCloud contacts section when i use my computer to log into the iCloud website?

I am signed into the iCloud and contacts are turned on in the iCloud settings on my iPad. the iCloud account is checked in the groups area of the contacts settings. the calendar is turned on the same way and that syncs to iCloud...just not contacts.

    Change your iCloud ID password as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password.  That will prevent further access to your account.  If you are using the ID for iMessage and other services too, you'll need to update the password for these as explained here: Apple ID: What to do after you change your Apple ID.
    You won't have any confirmation that he can no longer access your account, but without your new password he can't.

  • My podcast still loads on the podcast app, but i cannot find the podcast in the itunes store

    My 200 plus episodes are on my already subscribed podcast app and they load there fine, but when i try to find the podcast in the iTunes store,it is gone. I tried to reload my RSS feed to itunes, but it says that feed is already loaded. I recently added a new RSS feed for another show and where posting the same shows in both. I have one as the network where i post many different shows, but also have one of those shows on its own RSS feed so people could subscribe to just that show as well. The one thats missing is Wild Jones Podcast Network, the one that shows is Sativa Sports Talk.

    It is valid - but missing the iTunes category - that should not be why it went missing - that said - in your libsyn account for that show - go to "Destinations" and then click on "Edit" for Libsyn Classic Feed - and add in the iTunes category on that page and click save.  You should also enter the other info while on that page as well.
    That said - the reason why your show was removed from iTunes is that you have profanity in the show description.
    You can not have any profanity in the show title / description or the episode title or description.  Apple has a bot that removes the shows if there is profanity - and there are 3 F-bombs in your shows feed.  You will need to remove all of them - and any other profanity - once that is done - then contact me - ************* - and let me know and I will help you get back into iTunes

    iPod Manuals or take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP.  Whichever is more convenient for you.

    Launch iTunes Store app.
    Tap on "Purchases" tab.  (This assumes you've already logged in to your iTunes account.)
    Tap on "Movies" tab at the top, center of the screen.
    Optionally tap on "Not on This iPad" tab.
    Tap the "Download from iCloud" icon (downward-pointing arrow coming out of cloud icon).

    I need help with a few things....
    1.) My ipod touch (5th gen) was doing what i believe was an ios7 update when i stopped it becuz it was taking forever. After that the screen just said connect to itunes. I've looked up how to fix it and i know it would work but there is a few things...I dont ever use my ipod for music. Just for apps and stuff and I have never connected it to itunes or anything. Also if I have a warranty with Best Buy, I need to know if this could be covered. This was a gift from my boyfriend for Christmas and I  use it a lot. I don't wanna have to buy a new one especially if this isn't a problem that can't be fixed. Thank you guys so much!!

    I cannot get the thumbnails for my catalogue.  I have tried downloading the Lightroom program again and it tried to fix it but could not.  I have gone to the page to check off thumb nail and that hasn't made any difference.  I have the most recent update of lightroom.  I can download the picture but I do not know which picture it is.  This is frustrating as we are on vacation and i casnnot work on my pictures.

    There are two different things here, an OS update and a software update.
    Mac OS X 10.5 is the version of OS while the .8 at the end is the software update (release patches)
    The most current software update for Mac OS X 10.5 is 10.5.8
    No more software updates available. You would need to upgrade the OS, which would be to Mac OS X 10.6
    Your new iPhone 5 would require iTunes 10.6 which is only available for OS X version 10.6.8 or later.
    Your would therefore need to upgrade your Macbook to this version of OS.
    It maybe brought on DVD via Apple directly (Contact Apple ) or using any good online vendor like Amazon.

    I have an android device that registers on verizon as a samsung fascinate for my old phone number (number hasn't been active since early february). I attempted to download an app a few minutes ago to speed up my phone, but the app screwed up and will not let me exit out of it, and now I have lost access to the phone. I don't want to factory reset the phone so is there any possible way to fix this problem? If not is there at least a way to recover my contacts?

    I'm glad that you have reached out to us today. With this device have you been able to power the device off and remove the battery to see if you can get out of the application? Was this an application that was downloaded from Google Play Store? Is the phone actually active on a number now? I hope to hear back from you soon.

    in case there are still adverts shown in places where they aren't supposed to be afterwards, it sounds like an issue with malware on the system. please run a full scan of your pc with the security software already in place and different tools like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes], [http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/default.aspx microsoft safety scanner] or [http://www.kaspersky.com/security-scan kaspersky security scan].

    She wanted my songs that were on my macbook pro so she started icloud on her cumputer logging in with my account but now I have all of her crappy songs on my computer that I do not want...how do I get rid of this?

    That happens because she logged into your iCloud account and she had the option to sync contacts with iCloud on so her iPhone did what it was desgined to do.  Now all her contacts are on your iCloud account as well so you will have to delete them by hand.  If you delete them all, you would delete your contacts as well.
    It can be done from your iPhone, but I think it is easier to do it from a computer.  Log into your iCloud account at icloud.com, open contacts and clean up what you need.
    If you have a contacts backup somewhere done when only your contacts were on your iPhone, you could then delete all contacts in iCloud and then import that backup to iCloud and finally synd them to your iPhone, but if you cannot do this, then you will have to do it manually.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

    You shouldn't have to change your iTunes account to not have to purchase it twice.  If your devices are using different iTunes IDs, just purchase it on one device, then import it to your iTunes library by connecting the device to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.  Once in iTunes, you should be able to sync it to your other device (assuming both devices are syncing with the same iTunes library).  (And even if they were syncing with separate libraries, you could use Home Sharing to copy the app from one library to the other.)
    Or, am I missunderstanding something?
