I can see my purchased tones but i cannot select them
I can see my purchased tones but i cannot select them. They appear in tones, but they have a faint circle by the tcick and the writing is faded too. How do i get them back on my phone. This happened when i plugged my iphone into my new mac for the first time, i did do transfer purchases but for some reason i cannot select them now?? HELP!!!

If the other person can't see you during a FaceTime call, first use the Camera app on the iPhone to make sure the camera is working properly. If you don't see an image when using the Camera app, try these troubleshooting steps first:
If the screen shows a closed lens or black image, force quit the Camera app.
Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from any obstructions. Use a microfiber polishing cloth to clean the lens.
Cases can interfere with the camera and the flash. Try gently cleaning the lens with a clean dry cloth or removing the case if you see image or color-quality issues with photos.
Try turning iPhone off and then back on.
If your iPhone has a front and rear camera, try switching between them to verify if the issue persists on both.

Thank You Cynthia62Just locate the itunes folder on your laptop, then locate media files then music and just click and drag to move the music from the laptop to the S5. Just be sure to move the music to the music folder on your phone and you're good to go. You don't even have to change the file format when you're moving the music over because Galaxy supports the iTunes media files.

In my email mailbox, I can see a two line preview, but when I select the email to read it in detail, the body of the email is a blank screen. Any suggestions?

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I have formatted my computer and re installed itunes. However, I cannot see my purchased musics/movies/books on my library anymore. I can see my purchased registration on my account, but I don't know how I can do to download it back to my pc. Any ideas?

I just purchased an iPad air, everything is working properly except my bookmarks. They transferred but my only option is to add. In other words I can see my old bookmarks but when I press on one the only option I get is add. Can somebody help me.
Safari: The bookmarks are under the little book icon left of the + icon.

I have swopped computers, authorised my new one and can see old purchases on history but i cannot view them in the library.

Hi, I had this problem when I first went to use iTunes with iCloud. using Windows 8 OS. Everytime I tried to download from iCloud error 5105 came up... not sure this will work for everyone, but pretty simple, I closed iTunes and restarted it and everything worked fine -

I can 'see' my wireless printer but my iMac believes it is low on loner when it is not. How can I clear this condition?
Remove the toner cartridge and gently shake it from side to side while holding it level (in the position it is in while in the printer). Re-insert the cartridge, restart (power cycle) the printer. Then restart the Mac and test.

The screen is black . i can.t get it to respond.Power + home soft reset didnt work. Itunes could detect any sync apps. I used my home phone to call my iphone and on my home phone i can hear the calling tone.But my iphone didn't ring/screen did not light up. Its a iphone 4. Any ideas how to fix this?
