I can seem to install my plugins (Nik and TK-Actions from PS cc to PS 2014 Help Please.
Need help to install nik software bundle and TK-Actions from Photoshop cc to Photoshop 2014. I have tried copying the folders from the Plugin in folder in cc to 2014 and they seem to have arrived but the extensions option is grayed out in the Windows menu of PS 2014. What should I try next? Thanks.

I installed firefox on my laptop, vista and IE installed, and as yet have no problems. I decided to install firefox on my desktop with XP home and IE installed and it has created a problem. Before installing firefox I had javascript dropdown menus on my web site which I build and upload to my isp. Now I cannot get the dropdown menus to run at all on my desktop. I tried uninstalling firefox but it still doesn't work. Help would be appreciated even to get back to how it was before installing firefox.
Yes, there is a work around by doing a forced restore to a "new iPhone", and manually synching the apps, one by one. You still can't update or delete any of them without going through this again. The only real fix will be from Apple - hopefully in 2.1 which is rumored to be released later today...

Yes, the license allows for two installations simultaneously as long as only one is being used at a time.... -

Working on a single computer with multiple users, I have set things up to allow each user to view and listen to the others' music libraries under the "Shared Library" function. Can you then connect an iPod touch and copy music from a shared library?
Was your wife logged into the libray at the time you tried to log in? I have had a similar problem and it was because another user was logged into the library when I attempted to. I got the permission denied banner.

During installation of itunes using Windows 7 64-bit, I have this error come up every time during installation.
"An Error occured during intstallation of Assembly "Microsoft .VC80.CRT type="win32". version="8.0.50727,6195", public Key Token="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b, processor Architecture'+x86'". This is all followed by some more text and code HRESULT:0x80070005
Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing, tried msconfig startup and service checks. At my wits end. Help!
Anne MarieProbably should've searched around a bit more. Just saw a similar forum post to my own in which redownloading and burning solved another user's similar issue. As of now I've redownloaded the 64-bit ISO, burned it, and so far so good (at 72% extracting files). I will repost here if it was a success in hopes that other users with a similar issue find this and benefit from it. Hope I didn't just waste anyone's time with a question that had already been answered (haha)

For some reason I cannot download and install the latest version of iTunes. 11.0.2. Could you help please? Each time I try, I get a command box saying 'The feature you are trying to download is on a network resource that is unavailable. UK(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Use Find Any File, if the old messages might have been in a specific mailbox, to look for a file by the name of the mailbox to see if there are any larger versions of that mailbox.

If your Mail is indeed gone, you may be able to recover it with one of the data recovery tools here:

But act quickly. Every action while the computer is turned on weakens its chances of recovery. There is a slim chance also your email provider may have tape backup from before you checked your messages and after it arrived at their server for certain messages. You may want to ask them if that might have happened. -

My computor had been overly slow which was not normal when looking at processes running in task manager I found plugin-container.exe to be using alot of memory. I looked online and found that this was an update of firefox which was not essential, I then looked on my C:\ drive for the application and deleted it hoping this would solve the problem as I could not find it when looking at my firefox plugins. However now when I open firefox it quickly crashes, how can I reinstall this? Do I need to reinstall firefox completely or is there a more simple solution? I have done the firefox plugin check and it can find no problems.
Probably the easiest way is to download Firefox again from http://www.mozilla.com and re-install it.
