I can sign into iCloud but can't remember the answers to my security questions and the link for a password reset it my old work email and I don't work there any more and don't want to contact them!! Help.

Want to change me password for my Apple ID on I cloud. I am doing this on my Mac but going into I cloud on Safari. I can sign in ok, but when I go to password change, it wants me to answer 2 security questions, I don't know the answers to these. Then it says if I don't know the answers, it will send me a link to and email address. The email address they want to send the link to is my old work email and I don't want them to send an email there and I don't want to have to contact my old place of work. Help please!!!

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.

Obvvioulsy I've tried a hard reset & I restored my phone to stock yesterday.

Adobe Reader won't ask you to sign in for updates. Most likely, this is just the normal adminstrator password prompt you get when installing or updating software, and you use your computer's own password.

If you changed your Apple ID from the old email address (that is showing up) to a new one, but just forgot to update it on your iPhone, try these steps.
1. Use your current Apple ID password
Trying using your current Apple ID password. If that doesn't work, continue to the next step.
2. Sign out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime
If you are currently signed in to iMessage or FaceTime
Sign out of iMessage or FaceTime:
iMessage: Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
FaceTime: Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Sign back in to iMessage or FaceTime:
iMessage: Go to Settings > Messages, then tap "Use your Apple ID for iMessage".
FaceTime: Go to Settings > FaceTime, then tap "Use your Apple ID for FaceTime".
You should now be able to sign out of iCloud. You will still see your previous Apple ID when signing out.
