I can't access my purchases on my new computer
I just bought a new computer and I am trying to download all of my purchases from iTunes but it is only saying I have 92 purchases and I have a lot more than that. How do I find them? I plugged in my iPod but it won't sync without erasing the content already on it. I need help please.
MLW11, If your purchases were made from more than one account, you will have to log into each one to do the downloads.

Have you authorized the Computer to your Apple ID?
If not, sign on to iTunes.
Then got to the Store menu option at the top of the screen (CTL+B if it is not showing), and click on it to display the dropdown, and select Authorize this computer.
If that doesn't work, then sign on your Dad's iTunes ID and repeat the Authorization process.

I have transferred my itunes library to an external drive. I then attached the external disk to a new computer. I can now access all songs from the new computer. But I can't access playlists. I can still access all songs and playlists on the old computer
If you right mouse and select Get info it will show you the Apple ID used to purchase these songs.
Usually the name of an apple id is based on the email. So knowing that you may have forgotten the Apple ID password.

You can also re-download most previous purchases (not just songs) from the iTunes Store from the Purchased screen. So, you should be able to get the "one missing purchase" back too. Sign in to iTunes using the Apple ID used to make the purchases. Go to the iTunes Store. (With the new iTunes 12, select the Music category first, then go to the iTunes Store.) Click on Purchased (along right side under QUICK LINKS). From the Purchased screen, you can find and download previous song purchases, at no cost.
You can also re-download purchases from other iTunes categories, such as Movies and TV Shows. -

Sorry to hear about the theft. And sorry again, but officially Apple does not allow redownloads of purchased items. It's your responsibility to make backup copies in case something goes wrong with your system or it's lost or stolen, as unfortunately it apparently did in your case, and you lose all the information on your hard drive. The official statement of their policy can be found here, among other places. If you haven't made a backup, and don't have your tracks on an iPod, you're probably out of luck and will need to repurchase your tracks.
You can try contacting iTunes Store Customer Service and explaining what happened. Reportedly in some cases Apple has allowed redownloading on a one-time basis, but don't count on it.

Can't re-install purchased product on new computer
I purchased Acrobat Pro 10 about a year ago but the computer I installed it on recently crashed. I want to install my product on my new computer but my account history shows no record of my purchase. I do have the serial number of the product I purchased. How can I re-install my product on my new computer?

sign in to the new computer using apple id and then go to app store and go to purchased. you then should be able to click the install button on all of your previous puchases.

Why can't I download purchased songs on new computer?
Okay so I'm having a slight issue. I just got a new MacBook Pro and I'm having issues. I am attempting to download my purchased songs. I am in iTunes and when I attempt to download it prompts me to enter my password. Upon doing this it starts to download then gives me an error message followed by prompting me once again to enter my password. I know this is not a wrong password for sure haha I've double and triple checked. I have tried restarting iTunes my computer an other restart based fixes. Just really unsure what is happening.

Yes.
On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs. -
Can't access my purchased in itunes 64bit
I just update itunes with 64bits windows 7, I can't access my purchased. I can access my purchased with windows home server 32bits and with windows xp but not with win7 64bits. I try de-authorized and authorized, uninstalled itunes and re-install. nothing work. Can anyone help with that problem. That is because they only work on iOS devices.
As for the other issue, connect the device, select it in the left hand pane. In the right pane, select the Apps tab. Is Sync Apps checked? Is the specific App(s) checked? Is Automatically sync new apps checked?
Any errors in iTunes or on the device when syncing? -
