I can't activate iTunes Match on my macbook

I tried reinstalling OS X... i was using yosemite and now i'm back with mountain lion and this message still appears when i click ¨Add this computer¨.
Theres a way to bypass this? I'm freaking... tired of waiting to use my main Apple ID on itunes. I need to use a virtual machine just to play my songs!!!
Someone can PLEASE help me????

I understand you are not Apple but i was presuming that some logic or technical reason i miss was behind this.
I really do not see any logic business pratice. If i understand i can be agree or desagree but as minima i know the rules and why.
to sumarize...my story
my id was with XXX and i bought Itune match one year with this account and 4 device are conected with the same account.
on Ipad device i change my ID to YYY then .... because i need to update some apps and connect to itune match i came back to ID XXX then no problem to update apps but .... no way to come back to itune match.
.... no way to use itune match anyhow with Ipad and account XXX linked with account XXX. WHYYYY ??? no clue.

Can't activate iTunes Match on iOS devices.

I subscribed to iTunes Match on my PC, but I can't get iTunes Match turned on in my iOS devices. In Settings > Music, there is only a "subscribe to iTunes Match" option instead of the option to simply turn iTunes Match on. What is wrong? All devices are authorized under the same Apple ID and software/OS is up to date.

Looks like I got it working.
I logged out of iTunes, rebooted the device, and signed in again. Then the toggle that turned on iTunes Match appeared.

Can't activate iTunes Match or Genius Error -3000

I can not activate genius or match itunes, I get error -3000 that was after upgrading to version 10.7.0.21 before was perfect, in fact I have already deleted all libraries and even I uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists , I have no firewall that is preventing communication, or anything, I've also tried turning off the firewall in Windows 7 without success. Any suggestions?

I can't activate iTunes Match. Why does it tell me that my computer can't be used for the next 85 days?

Since yesterday, my iTunes keeps telling me, I can't use this Computer with iTunes Match for another 85 days because an other AppleID has been entered.
That didn't happen tho!

Is it possible that you used a different Apple ID to purchase something from the iTunes Store that uses DRM (copy protection), which you are now trying to sync?
If so, when you get that prompt to enter Apple ID and password, you need to enter that other Apple ID and its password, not your current Apple ID.
You can check the item that fails to sync. Locate it on a list in iTunes. Right-click it and select Get Info. On the Info window Summary tab, if Kind is Protected AAC audio file, it has DRM. Also note what it says for Apple ID. That is the Apple ID you need to authorize.
NOTE: One computer can be authorized to play content purchased with more than one Apple ID.

Ive had to reboot my Apple TV before I had the option to enable iTunes Match but it did not see my music library. I tried a second reboot and it still says my music library is empty. Its been several days and I can access my library on a Windows PC, my Mac and my iPad so Im all synced up, my Apple TV apparently just wants to be stubborn.

Can I use iTunes Match while also using Family Sharing?

I just started the process of setting up Family Sharing tonight. I've added 4 family members, but when attempting to activate iTunes Match, it is prompting me to subscribe on the child accounts. I enjoyed having access to iTunes Match from all our family devices when sharing an iTunes account, and I don't see the benefit of using Family Sharing if I can't continue to share my music library with the entire family. Anyone have any info on this?

I'm trying to get her ID's sorted out. Anyway, I am wanted to know if there's a work around for this. I know it's a safeguard created so people cannot endlessly log in and out of others accounts and share there music and stuff. So, any help?

There is no work around, you must wait the 90 days (or however long is remaining) before associating the device with another Apple ID.
Keep in mind that if you log into your mother's iPad with your iTunes Store Apple ID she will then be using that Apple ID for everything including purchases. Any apps purchsed with her Apple ID can not longer be updated on the device.

Activate iTunes Match

I tried to active itunes Mach from italy, where I'm right now, through my iTunes american account. It doesn't work. It says to check my american credit card ditails. I did, no dice. If I'm buying through my iTunes american account applications, it works. So I suppose no problems occurs wiht my americna creditcard. Where is the problem?

thanks for the suggestion. I will for sure ask them what doesn't work. But as I said in my previous post, I can actually buy apps, music and others Apple contents through me credit card. It doesn't work just for iTunes Match.
Is there any restrinctions from Apple about the geographic place I'm right now, that way they don't allow me to activate iTunes Match. I mean, they probably see the American cerdit card (it is actually a bebit card), but they even see I'm in Europe now, so they don't allow me for that. Is it possible? Thereby I should try just when I'll be back in US ?!?

Not at this time. Because iTunes Match is a subscription service a permanent form of payment is required before it can be purchased, even though the service can be purchased with gift cards or other store credit.

That's the metadata server, used by Spotlight. AFAIK, Spotlight does not index audio CDs, so what is this about? I don't know. Maybe it's the cause of what you observe; or maybe it's another symptom. Thinking again of the network issue… have you maybe installed some third-party software related to both Spotlight and the network (Searchlight perhaps)?

Cannot activate iTunes Match on my iPad Air

Hi all,
I recently suscribed iTunes Match and could activate it successfully on my iPhone and my first Apple tablet.
However, I purchased for Christmas a second tablet (iPad Air). On that second one, I do not manage to activate iTunes Match.
In settings, and Music (or iTunes) sub-menu, when I turn on the button, I am requested to enter my Apple user password, but the button turns off immediatly, and when I try the music, all the songs that were successfully "imported" yesterday when I could turn it in.
I checked on Itunes / my account / manage my devices, this second tablet duly appears in the list of approved devices.
I have only 5 devices in total.
I also tried to restard the iPad Air, without results.
What can I do ??

You need to be signed into the iTunes Store on the iPad with the same Apple ID used to purchase the service. If you have only one Apple ID then sign out of the store, do a hard reset on the device by holding down Power+Home until you see the Apple logo, then sign in again. You ought to be able to enable iTunes Match. Also be sure you are enabling the service in Settings > iTunes and App Stores. Some people have reported difficulty enabling it in the Music section of Settings.
