If you had iOS 7 BETA installed, just go to developer.apple.com and log in using your developer account. There are discussions about this issue. Otherwise... for non-developers, I'm afraid you're on your on. Use Google.

All of a sudden i try to use my phone and it asked me to activate my iphone, now everytime i try to en enter my apple ID and password it says "activation server is temporarily unavailable" . So then i connect my iphone to itunes and a message pops up saying that my iphone software has been expired and it needs to be updated yet when i try to update it it says its up to date. I also try restoring my iphone but it wont let me because find my iphone needs to be turned off when i never had it on in the first place ! someone helpp me please

You seem to be running a beta of iOS 7. If you are running iOS 7 beta and If you are a developer, login to the developer forum for help. If not, you cannot get help here.

The person probably purchased it as a hacked iPhone and had no idea this had been done to make the iPhone work in Latvia. Call AppleCare and give them the model and serial number and find out what cell carrier the iPhone is locked with. Then call that cell carrier and see if it is possible for the owner to get it officially unlocked (not probable if it is Lithuanian iPhone).

You will need to remember or find your id, if you can't then you won't be able to reactivate your iPad.
Do you have any of the account's downloads in your computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ?

You can try to figure out which Apple ID/email address and/or password you used to activate it by going to http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't, you'll need to contact Apple Account Security with your proof of purchase.

You can't, i'm sorry. What you're running into is the activation lock and it requires that the original owner release it with their apple ID before you can set it up.
