I can`t activate my iphone because i need the account from who activate the phone

I got a big problem...yesterday i restore my iphone 5s and now it`s ask me to enter a account that belongs to the first person that activated the phone .What can i do about that ? i need at least the email of that person to proceed in asking it for...but how can i get that email ? or how can i go further to activate my phone..i buyed the phone from a bazar store in Romania and i used it like 1 year before this happen to me .
