I can't activate my iPhone

Greetings, my name is CookieXtreme, I'm having some big problems with my iPhone 4 32GB, iOS 7.
So, I had this problem since saturday, to be honest. I've had iOS 7 Beta, I bought it around 3 months ago in america. (I'm from the Luxembourg)
Let me explain, when I start my iPhone everything looks like the same as always, I enter my lockcode, I enter my simcode but after that, I'm having this "Activate your iPhone" problem. I connect my iPhone on my Wifi and then I click "Next", it says: "It can take a few minutes to activate your iPhone", so I wait a few minutes and after that I get: "We're unable to activate your iPhone because the activation server is currently not reachable. You may try to activate your iPhone via iTunes"
So I went on iTunes, I plugged my iPhone in and I get the message: "The iPhone "....." has expired or doesn't have the current version"
Nor, I'm not able to make a reset because it says: "The needed ressources cannot be found(Something like that) nor I can do an update because iTunes says that I have the latest iOS 7 version which is (7.0) and if I try to get my iPhone in Recovery Mode to reset it from there everything goes well, untill I reach the 20 minutes left for downloading the software, somehow my iPhone just skip the recovery mode and restart itself, is this normal or is there a problem?
I've been talking with an apple supporter for around one hour, I also went to the Live Chat but both couldn't really help me.
Also, I went to my provider and they told me to contact apple, I gave them my iPhone for 4 hours and they were not able to solve this problem.
I'm really in need of some help, thank you.
Maybe there are some other peoples having the same problem as I've?
PS: I've never hacked nor jailbrocken my iPhone, I've been using my iPhone for 3 years in the legal way.

Make sure you have the latest iTunes version installed and hopefully you have the most recent backup of your iPhone.  Do a DFU restore.  While it's plugged in to your computer, press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons together until the screen is off.  When the screen's off, release only the Sleep/Wake button and keep holding down the Home button.  Wait until you see in iTunes on your computer to show that it detected it in recovery mode.  When it does, proceed with the restore.  It will be restored and updated to the latest iOS 7.0.2.  If you have a backup, restore from that backup once iOS 7.0.2 is successfully installed on your iPhone.
If your iPhone still won't activate, I agree with gail, you will have to get in touch with that developer.
