I can`t active my unlocked factory (UF) Iphone4

In the first,my friend bought me an IPHONE4 from UK apple store.
And it`s unlocked (sim free).
The problem happened whene I tried to active it.
Itunes say the sim you insert,,,is not supported??
So the question :- Is there another problem that may occur is not locked problem?
And can you tell me if my Iphone unlocked or not by device info :

Probably because it was hacked to unlock it. You updated or restored it, and the activation servers have detected the illegal unlock. The phone can not be activated unless you get it legitimately unlocked by the carrier it was originally locked to.

Yes, and I don't believe an unlock hack/jailbreak is currently available for 6.1 so you will have to wait.
P.S. If you are in the US that hack/jailbreak to unlock it is now illegal.

You can't. Until the previous owner removes the activation lock, the device is useless to you; Apple won't remove it unless presented with proof that the registered owner is dead.

The process is as follows:
Backup the phone, Erase it, connect to iTunes for the unlock process, then your iProfile can be restored.
You can go ahead and get the SIM, bout you have to Erase the phone and connect to iTunes before it will be unlocked.

As RG said, you cannot determine solely from the model number whether an iPhone is unlocked or not. In what country and from what dealer did you buy this iPhone?

Depends wher you obtained the iPhone from and it's original supplier
If the iPhone is an authorised unlock ( approved by the carrier) or was
purchased from Apple as an unlocked iPhone updating the iOS
will have no effect on the iPhone and it's lock status
HOWEVER if the software has been tampered with to remove the lock,
updating the iOs will lock the iPhone back to the original carrier who holds the lock
To find out the status of your iPhone you could call Apple support
and they may tell you if the iPhone is locked or not and if it is which carrier

Why would you post this in an Apple forum? Apple and other manufacturers don't lock phones. Carriers do. And only carriers can unlock them.
Contact the carrier to whom the phone is locked and find out if they unlock iPhones and what the requirements are that you must fulfill.

How precisely did you "unlock" this iPhone? Did you go through the cell carrier to whom the iPhone was locked, get confirmation that they'd processed the unlock or waited the recommended time, and then restored your iPhone and received the "your iPhone has now been unlocked"? If you did not and you used any other sort of procedure to "unlock" your iPhone, it was probably jailbroken which may have rendered it permanently unable to be activated.
Please tell us exactly what you did to "unlock" the iPhone and we'll go from there.

You have to get a Sim Card and put in the iPhone. You cannot activate the phone without one. The Sim card does not have to be activated itself but it must have the correct carrier data on it. Otherwise you cannot activate your phone.
If you bought your used iPhone from a source other than an official Apple reseller or carrier and you have been using it before updating the iOS it was most probably hacked to unlock it from the carrier it was locked to and by updating the SW, the iPhone has relocked to that carrier.
Only the carrier the phone was originally locked to can officially unlock the iPhone so you either need a Sim from that carrier or need the carrier to unlock the iPhone. I suggest you contact the carrier to see if you can get them to unlock your iPhone. Otherwise you will have to find another solution from other sources because we cannot help you here with unofficial unlocks.
If you have important contacts on your iPhone and you solve your problem, please remember to sync your contacts with an appropriate application (for example Address Book or Outlook) and create regular backups of the data you have in your iPhone. Otherwise you risk losing that data.

We can't tell who was the original carrier, the seller should've told you that. Now, since your phone was locked to a carrier, the short answer is you won't be able to activate it yourself. If you do by performing a jailbreak/unlock, you'll lose all support from Apple, including these forums.
