What an embarassing first post... I'm new to BusinessObjects (6.5.1) and half way through building a query I've minimized the "Data Provider" screen.... and can't restore it (can't even find it)... it's obviously active (offscreen I guess) because everything else is now greyed out and is inactive....
Tell me: a) I'm not the first person to do this...
and b) How to get it back
I'm unable to do anything until I have a solution to this since BO appears to save the position - if I close and re-open, or open a new query, I find myself in the same situation.
I look forward (really) toyour suggestions!

You're not the first person to do this, however, I've never had this problem before, only got some crib notes on the subject so this may or may not work:
1. in regedit clear the key and all subfolders: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\default\BusinessObjects\Application Preferences\BusinessReporter\Desktop Intelligence 2. Restart DeskI and all menus will be reset to original.

I have a G5 server i am attempting to load. It has been sitting in a rack for about a year never used. On the back of the server you have ethernet and a serial port. I loaded up server admin tools on a G5 workstation and attempted to "log in" to the server to attempt a reinstall. However when i install the admin tools on the g5 running 10.3 it seems they never install. I am not a mac guy just starting out but i for the life of me cannot figure out how to get some kind of display out of this server (no video card). Any help/guidance/direction would be so appreciated.

Can't believe I have to ask for help with this

I cannot change the mail view to show the mail at top and message at the bottom. The only way I can open a message is to double click, which is really annoying. I looked in mail help and it tells me that the way I want it is the default view, but if I want a new window to double click.
Any help? I am sure to feel foolish after the answer.

Just grab it and slide it up.
...or double click on the slider bar, and adjust the size of the preview pane to your desires by sliding as recommended by deh2k.

In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.

You can share a library with as many devices as you want but they cannot have seperate subsets like you wish. They would all have access to all information in the library. You could "Manually" sync content to each device by doing the following:
On Mac: iTunes > Preferences > Devices Tab > Put a check in the box next to sentence that says "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically > Then click ok.
On Pc: Edit > Preferences > Devices Tab > Put a check in the box next to sentence that says "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically > Then click ok.

If you do not want all devices to have access to all the media from the main library, you would need to create a library for each device. See the article below for more info:

You can't. But if you backed up your computer prior to wiping it out, you should be able to restore your iTunes library, contacts, photos, etc. from that backup. Once you do, you can set the phone up again and just sync everything from your library back to it.
If you didn't back the computer up either, you can transfer items purchased on the phone into iTunes, and if you set up at least one contact in whatever application you sync your contacts to on the computer, it will offer to merge the address books on the first sync, saving those. Any media you'd acquired from sources other than the iTunes store will have to be re-downloaded from the source or re-ripped.
The iPhone is NOT a backup device.

I have a URL link and it opens a KM folder in the Portal server and I need to put a PDF file in that KM folder
Can we do that with the help of an RFC, can we deal with Links in RFC, is there any such FM??

I guess you are trying to connect from the R3/ECC to the Portal Server.
Are these two systems in the same network? Do you have usernames (valid and fully authorized) in both systems? What is the OS on which these two systems are housed?
Please provide these details to proceed further.

In this scenario, you can share the document with the clients to and provide co-author privileges.
Co-authors can edit the form design, options, responses, and summary report (everything that you can do).
Note:- They do not require a paid subscription to view the responses, free subscription users can become co-authors.

Ask in the iDVD forum on what's the best way out of iPhoto and into iDVD. The resident expert there, Bengt Wärleby, can give you the best option.

Don't know anything about McAffe Enterprise Server, but if your employer is preventing you from using iCloud backup there's really no way to use it without removing this from your phone. Unless you can convince the IT guys to make an exception.
