You can try requesting that it be added to the Omani store, but unless the rights-holders agree to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

The new machine has Mavericks which is fine. And I will leave it as is. I don’t want anything from my old machine other than 2 apps that I will need on the new one. I want to be able to install those apps that I bought from the App Store onto my new computer. I assume Apple doesn’t want me to have the apps installed on 2 machines at the same time so I wonder if just uninstalling them from my old machine will release them for re-install on the new one.

I guess there's huge differences in mobile telephony and and mobile Internet understanding in US and Europe. Few days ago I purchased form App Store a game by Alawar (Brink of Consciousness - The Lonely Hearts Murders-Collector's Edition). However, after the dowload (the game exists in my applications folder as well as in Launchpad) I have uselessly tried many times to start it . Always the same error message "the APP closed unexpectedly ....".

If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. If you mean that you are trying to change the Apple ID used for purchasing apps, go to Settings>Store, tap the Apple ID at the bottom, sign out, then sign back in using the ID you want to use.

Hi, I had the same question and I just asked the "iTunes Store/Mac App Store Customer Support" this question. They basically said that if I purchased "The Dark Knight Trilogy" I would be charged for all three movies, even though I have previously bought the two of the three movies.
It appears that movie bundles doesn't work like "complete my album" for music. If you purchased recently, you could try explaining the situation to the iTunes Support staff and seeing if they will remove "the Dark Knife Rises" by giving you store credit, then you can purchase the Trilogy instead. It could be worth a try.

Digital Copy, The Dark Knight

I bought the dark knight on bluray which came with a digital copy but it won't sync to my ipod even tho I downloaded it via itunes. It says unable to copy to ipod cause format is not supported by ipod. I have ipod nano 3rd gen and never had this problem before.

I had the same problem with mine and I copied the Dark Knight file from iTunes to my desktop, deleted it from iTunes and then put it back in and it copied fine.
