I can't cancel my monthly membership of photoshop and illustrator

i used the customer service system and went to plan information, but there is no cancel this plan buttom. I've try it for very days. Please can you cancel my both memberships? PLEASE

Hi Adobe team!
I cannot cancel my membership of Creative Cloud.
As you suggest everywhere to go there and there, actually there are just links and at the end there is no solution to really cancel my membership.
I am being charged every month of 17 euro, and that is really painful and frustraited.
As you suggest first click on your "name", I did,..
then click on "Manage account" , I did.....
then under "Plans & Products" click "Manage Plan", I did.....
I don't see "Cancel Plan"  under "Plan Detail"
Please, could you help?

    Well, it does depend a bit on whether he/she lives in a country where tuition might be zero, and the minimum monthly wage far lower than in the West. Perhaps CC is not even available in his/her country. Perhaps he/she has to take care of an entire family as well - and no money is left for anything as luxurious as a CC subscription.
    We have no way of knowing his/her circumstances. They might be bad. If they are, I doubt Adobe will care she/he is using a cracked old version to learn the craft, and then go legit at a later time when she/he can afford it to produce professional work.
    Honestly, I feel Adobe should just provide their tools for free for students. Autodesk does that. No reason why Adobe should not follow suit. Most students I know work with cracked versions anyway.

  • Can External Drives be Home for  CS3 Photoshop and Illustrator?

    I thinking about upgrading to PS and AI CS3, but my C drive is pretty full--only 1GB spare. I'm using Win XP.
    Can these products be installed on an external drive, work design images from there or in a partition, and be stored there without problems?
    Or, I have 4 partitions with sufficient space that might hold the installations with anywhere from 11GB-193GB. Would installation there be appropriate with all work saved to my external drives? (I have 2)
    I'm already nervous reading all the installation problems I've previewed
    and sure don't want to add to them.........thanks so much for the advice....mm

    All of my applications, including Adobe apps, are on drives/partitions other than c:, which is my system bootup drive. Data (i.e., "documents") are on other drives. Scratch space is on yet other drives. However, all of these drives are internal, not external.
    External drives should work, but this is not recommended because you simply cannot achieve the data throughput you can with internal drives (unless you are using the eSATA interface or high-speed SCSI drives).
    Applications like Photoshop and Illustrator move a lot of data around and require ample scratch space for proper functioning. Every component of your system -- processor, memory, hard drives, etc. -- needs to be optimized to avoid bottlenecks that can send you out for extra coffee breaks. External drives (with exceptions as noted above) are going to slow you down.

    Every time I open Adobe Illustrator and Phtoshop me that there were problems with the payment of the monthly installments of these two software. But I have checked and everything is in order. So why do these messages? To this day I still have 27 days of time to make the payment otherwise the programs will stop working. I honestly do not understand.     Just to clarify: This is a user to user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.
    Have you done a Forum search?
    How can I delete my account? There is no "cancel plan" in my creative cloud free membership.

    Yes, you can switch to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan without penalty.

    It is not recommended, once you start a download you should always let it complete the function. If you need to stop the download it may show the icon for the application even though you cancel it. It may or may not let you attempt to try to download the application a 2nd time.

  • Canceling CC and maintaining owned photoshop and illustrator

    I signed up for CC almost two years ago for discount rate - despite owning software  Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator and Flash for years.
    The CC is great but I don't use the other programs at all and find the raised price of $54.00 a month way too expensive. I only use Photoshop and Illustrator anyway.
    I like to cancel plan and just maintain the software I owned before ( Photoshop and Illustrator). Will the cancellation screw up my the current versions of Photoshop and Illustrator on my computer?

    When you cancel the CC, the CC versions will stop working, the pre-owned products products can still be used.

    Unfortunately, I cannot use the programs because they still require putting serial number or buying the programs.
