I can't cancel my monthly suscription.

Hello, i have a monthly suscription to Creative Cloud which expired on October, which is exactly the date my card expired. I want to cancel my suscription but i can't, i only get the option to edit my payment information. What can i do? I use Creative Cloud on PC.

I cannot cancel my membership of Creative Cloud.
As you suggest everywhere to go there and there, actually there are just links and at the end there is no solution to really cancel my membership.
I am being charged every month of 17 euro, and that is really painful and frustraited.
As you suggest first click on your "name", I did,..
then click on "Manage account" , I did.....
then under "Plans & Products" click "Manage Plan", I did.....
I don't see "Cancel Plan" under "Plan Detail"
Please, could you help?

The CC was purchased in February 2014, if you cancel it now, there shall be a cancellation fee of 13.17GBP, please confirm if you like to proceed.
In case you cancel it in February 2015, there shall be no cancellation fee.

If necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
On the other hand you have to look at Subscription Terms >>> http://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html to see the conditions for a (early) cancellation.
After that procedure you can conduct your other membership.

You can manage your account by logging into adobe.com and following these steps:
*Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials
*Click on your name (same location) and select ‘My products and services’
*From there you can check on your status, log in/account info, etc.
