I can't change my biling information to none so that I can use my itunes gift card!

I have a $15 gift card for itunes but it will not allow me to buy any because it says that I have no funds on my credit card. I'm not trying to use my credit card. I have an itunes gift card. When I try to put none for method of payment and I can't either.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.

Please help me! Last time my iTunes Store Account was registered in Singapore, So, all of my informations, billing address are affecting with SG iTunes Store.
But now I am at another country, not in SG, That country don't have any credit card systems, so they just only used the iTunes Gift Cards, registering as U.S. When I brought that cards and redeem in my account that showed me "Your iTunes Store (Singapore) does not match that of the gift certificate (United States)" like this. So, how can i do to redeem in my acount, Can anybody give me advises? I tried to change my informations and billing information (with U.S address) at my iTunes account but it showed me "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". So, please give me some ways to buy the softwares and others in iTunes with gift cards.

Unfortunately, you can only use the gift card in the location it was purchased and with the iTunes store in that location.

I have made a purchase wanting to use solely iTunes gift cards. However I did not account for the local taxes, and it exceeded the amount of gift card credits I had. Now my credit card has been charged, though I do not want to use it for various reasons.
Can I pay the balance using another gift card instead?

If your account's balance didn't cover the total purchase price then the extra amount over your balance will have been charged to your credit card - it's too late after purchasing the item to change how you paid for it. You can try contacting iTunes Support, but they are probably unlikely to change how you paid for it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
If you don't want your credit card to potentially be charged for purchases then you could remove it from your account :

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Just because you are being asked to enter your credit card details doesn't mean that it will be charged for your purchases.
Is it a newly created account ? If it is then unless you use the instructions on this page when creating an account then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used in the store : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

Go there and scroll all the way down to the bottom. At the links at the very bottom, all the way to the right, there will be a link under 'iTunes Store' that says 'Redeem iTunes Giftcards'
