I can't change my email that's used to send reset security info to

I recently got the newest iPod Touch in blue for my birthday but I can't buy anything that's not free. It always says: "You need to enter your password and answer the security questions." or something like that but I can't remember the answers to them and I can't reset because I've entered the email wrong (I put .couk instead of .co.uk) and I was wondering if anyone knew how to change that email because I've tried everything I can think of and I can't seem to find a way.

You can't change the @me.com address associated with your Apple ID, but you can create an alias.

The 'send reset info' only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. There isn't a feature in Adobe Send for setting and end-date for a file's availability. At any time, you can Unshare the file, however.

The send reset link will only show on your account if you already have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you haven't checked whether you have the link then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side of the screen (similar to the screenshot in the second post on this thread) you might see an option below the questions to send reset info to a rescue email address.
If you don't get the link (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

What happened to the "send reset security info email to .....@...." link at the bottom of the security questions? I forgot mine and cannot figure out how to send this email...

It's only there if you previously set up a rescue email, which isn't the same as an alternate email. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
