I can't change the artwork of the songs in my Iphone 4

So, I synced my iPhone 4 to my computer so I can change some song titles and artwork.I tried doing the "dragging of picture to the artwork box" but it didn't do anything, and the artist and album doesn't show in my iPhone. What do I do? 'Cause i really want to change it.

I had the same problem years ago, what I did was even though the changes already made, give it a few more sync attempts (within days) and it should change.

No, they will all follow the default setting. If you want them all to fetch, for example every 15 minutes, then set it to 15 minutes in Fetch. I only mentioned the other if you wanted to leave one for manual. I have an account on my phone that is a POP account that I get mail at home from. I let my home computer get this mail, but when I am out of town, I pick it up with the iPhone. That one is set to manual.

If the size of the iPhone backup is putting you over the edge you have bigger problems than just this backup. You really need to solve the fundamental problem of your C: partition being too small. Even if you could solve the iPhone problem something else will come up soon that will again challenge your disk space. New drives can be had for well under $100, and even a 500 GB drive is only a little more than $100. This would be a good time to upgrade. You can even clone your current drive AND increase the partition size in one step with disk imaging software such as Acronis True Image.

I have an iPhone 5 and when I'm playing music I can't change the song or start and pause on any of the shortcuts, what can I do ?

When I'm playing music and am on other things and swipe the shortcuts up, I am in able to change the song or pause and play, the same thing happens when I have locked my phone.
I have to keep unlocking my phone and going into my music to change the song, this is very frustrating!
I've gone onto settings but I am unable to find anything that will change this?

I never use than switch and I had forgotten it existed but yes that was the problem.

I would like to change the year on my iPhone date and time setting. However it only lets me change the day, month, and time. not the date. Its a little odd because I know at one point I could change the year. I have AT&T, iPhone 5, IOS 7.1 and I did a fresh reintall of the IOS. I don't know what to do know, it is driving me crazy. How can I get the songs on my iPhone to play since updating to iOS 5.1.1?

Hi guys,
I have an iPhone 3Gs and I've imported CD's into iTunes on my mac mini and synced it with my iPhone. Since I installed the latest iOS on my iPhone, some of the songs don't play all the way through, they skip to the next song. I listened to the songs in my iTunes library and each song plays through. Last night I tried to resolve the issue by removing the songs from my iPhone, syncing it again and adding the songs but it didn't work.
Can anyone tell me what steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

iTunes includes an option to transfer content that was purchased from the iTunes Store from an iPod or iPhone, but this is for content that was purchased from the iTunes Store only.
Without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
Any iTunes content transferred to your iPhone that was acquired elsewhere besides the iTunes Store will be lost.
This is why maintaining a backup is so important - including your iTunes library along with all your other important data stored on an external drive used for backup purposes only, or stored on some other media such as CD or DVD.
It isn't a matter of if, but when your hard drive has a partial or complete failure since none last forever - this can happen with a brand new hard drive.

So here's my dilemma. I have lightroom mobile on my ipad and iphone. Seamlessly, lightroom mobile pushes these images to my desktop and saves them in a folder in windows. I use an SSD and would prefer not doing read/writes to it that are unnecessary. What makes the default location problematic is that I can't seem to change it. Further, when I sync my ipad/iphone to my windows desktop using a cable, I will now have duplicates of images that were synced via lightroom mobile. So, it would be infinitely simpler, I think, if lightroom mobile would sync ipad/iphone images to a directory I specify, on a supplemental hard drive for instance, and using dates for folder names rather than some default directory on my main drive where they are just dumped.

Currently, Lightroom saves the images in a directory structure under a folder named "Mobile Downloads.lrdata", which is created in the same folder as the catalog file.
For example, an image will be saved as:
Windows = C:\Users\<username>\Pictures\Lightroom\Mobile Downloads.lrdata\<random hexadecimal name>\picture1.jpg
Mac = Users/<username>/Pictures/Lightroom/Mobile Downloads.lrdata/<random hexadecimal name>/picture1.jpg

I can't change the ringtone on my iPhone 4

I recently changed my wife's incoming ringtone on my phone to one I recorded from a CD. The default ringtone on my own phone is one I bought from Apple*.
Doing this changed the default for ALL incoming calls to the one I set for my wife even though SETTINGS shows my phone to be the default one as the one from the Apple ringtone.
Wait- it gets worse. I set my wife's personalized incoming back to the same default as I had on my phone. It looks correct on her CONTACTS profile, but still plays the one I recently set for her.
I tried resetting all of them to the original Apple marimba ringtone with no luck. How can I fix this?
*BTW-- older users will remember this tone. It's from the old movie In Like Flint. It's the ringtone from the President's "red phone" for international emergencies. It was sort of prophetic because the movie was from the mid '60s, when phones had actual bells, not ringtones.
