I can't charge with my cable since I downloaded IOS7.

I'm an iphone5 user since Dec.24th 2012 from Globe plan. i recently updated my phone into ios7. My charger at first is perfectly fine. Thenafter 4 days after my upgrade my charger won't work properly! (Mind you, i take care of my gadget so delicately) My cable charger came fromthe box of my iphone 5 never been replaced. i'm the only one using it.
So I immediately went to globe business center and checked my unit and the cable. it turned out that my cable is not compatible to any ios7phone. But it is perfectly okay with ios6 iphone. How's that?! They say, ios7 can now detect lower class of cables/charger. How come it willturn out to be lower class of cable when it's just came from the box of an authentic iphone5?! Does apple providing globe a lowered classof units or accessories? Does globe knows about this?! Does globe conduct screening of all phones that are coming under their name?They should atleast checked it before handling it out in the market; and to think the brand "apple" is an established name already. Theyshould provide the best quality of their products. To think that it is not just an ordinary phone. It is a very expensive phone!
I inquired it to power mac over the phone and they said that I should address my concern at GLOBE since I got my iphone from Globe. Andthey made me sure that is still under my warranty and they should replace it. Then I called globe for the first time re my concern, she said itis still covered under my warranty. Just bring 2 valid IDs, she said. But then, I have this habit of calling not twice but more to confirm my info(bcoz I can't just trust a globe agent right away, bcoz some of them are not credible. I'm sorry) So I called once again. For the second time,she said, my cable is not covered of my warranty!!! OMG! That made me burst out! I haven't received any GOOD news from globe!!!Seriously!! It is always delayed, so slow service in business centers, very complicated terms and conditions, slow internet, very hard toplease. I cannot tolerate this one. 
Any same experience re my problem in my cable? troubleshoot? Or advice that you can give me. Thank you and have a nice day!

    your ipod doesnt need a power ac cable. Every time you connect ur ipod to your pc, it should start charging the batterie auto matically. Just leave your pc on all night long with the ipod connected, and in the morning your good to go!

    Of course, there are may cases out there for the Charge but I would have to say generally, no. I have the desk dock and it looks like the Charge fits very snugly into the dock, and that the seat molded into the dock for the phone is an exact match for the side profile of the Charge.
    I have the shell/holster case for the Charge that is standard VZW accessory, and having the Charge in the shell portion of the case would prevent it from docking.
    I do have a Skin-It skin on the back of the phone, and this does NOT prevent docking.

    If you share an Apple ID, both of your phone numbers should be linked to that ID. You should be able to use your phone number as well. My wife, my daughter and I all share an Apple ID for purchases, and we each text from our iOS devices using our own iPhone numbers.
    When iOS 6 came out, you were able to link the phone number with your Apple ID to use for Messages and FaceTime. You will need to sign out of messages on all devices and then start the process all over again.

    Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.

    Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
    After at least 15 minutes, if:
    The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.

    Removing the SIM has no affect on the power of the phone. It is just the part that facilitates connecting to your carrier. Try holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo on the screen and then release the buttons. The phone should reboot. You may need to hold the buttons together for 15-30 seconds.

    Sounds like you may need to re-download the entire albums from iTunes. See this KB article for how to download past purchases: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.
    I'd suggest doing it one album at a time. Delete one, download it from your purchase histor, then the next, etc.
