I can't connect my iphone 4 (white version) to my PC. WhY?
itunes has been installed. The error message prompted "MTP USB device failed."
Disconnect the phone and open device manager. Uninstall the 'unknown mtp usb device'. Reboot the pc, plug the phone back in and if needed, let it scan for new devices.
The error is related to Windows 7 and camera devices (which the iPhone appears as to Windows).

Since the new iTunes update 11.3, right after that I couldn't connect my iPod nano 7th G to iTunes. It kept showing me that it couldn't find my ipod, that I had to reinstall iTunes. I did that and still. And now I can't connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes to sync my music. Can anyone please help me ?

My guess is that when you see the router on your phone, you press the blue arrow on the right - thats why you see all the IP stuff. Don't press the blue arrow. Press further to the left. You should be prompted for a password then.

Try a different port on the computer.
Does the iphone beep when u plug it up. ?
Plug iphone into computer and give it 3 to 4 minutes to see if it connects and is running slow.,
Delete the apple mobile device from your computer.
Upgrade itunes to newest version.
Is you USB cord defective ?
Any USB 3.0 on your system ? .
Delete or Disable any antivirus program on your computer ?
I will tell u the problem is your computer not the phone.
