I can't connect to itunes from ipad! Please help.

See if any if these suggestions get you connected again.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again. You may have to experiment with the date a little bit... A year ahead, a few months ahead ....
Or ....Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Or ....If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.

I can't connect to iTunes on my iPad
I purchased something from apes and did not get it. I got the bill and wanted to challenge the charge and the link won't let me connect.

It is NOT a hardware/software issue.
It is a nation wide itunes app and music issue.
There are reports of this all over the internet and Apple will not or can not respond.
Please STOP sending people to the same worthless "support" page.

  • How can I connect the iTunes in my iPad (now with iOS7) to my Power PC Mac?

How can I connect the iTunes in my iPad (now with iOS7) to my Power PC Mac?

Nope, the top OS version for the IBM processor is 10.5.8, and under that version I can not update the iTunes further than the 10.6.3 :-(
But that means the brand leaves a large chunch os costumers with still perfectly operating computers out of the loop on purpose, so to force us to upgrade computer?
Not fair at all, both are legitimate Apple products, they should sync no matter what! The sad thing is theu used to, before I migrated to iOS7 on the iPad, move that I now regret...

  • I can't connect to Youtube from my Ipad.

I can't connect to Youtube on my Ipad from Safari OR the icon. Anybody?

As Chris stated, certain content is not available in all countries. The site will tell you what content is available where you live.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3599
You see only those tabs in iTunes because only that content is available where you live. The Downloads tab showing the terms and conditions is the mormal behavior for that tab - unless you are downloading something in iTunes. After the download completes, that tab will revert to the terms and conditions.

    HI,
for some reason, when I search the App Store on my iPad Air, sometimes it's fine and other times it just sits at a blank white screen the says ,can't connect to iTunes Store.
ive tried doing the time trick, by changeling the date to a few years in advance, then setting auto date back on. But this didn't work.
    any help or ideas Pls.
    thanks

Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year. Then see if you can connect to the store.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

  • ITunes can't connect to iTunes from PC Windows 7

I haven't been active on iTunes for at least a year.  In the mean time it has continued to update.  I purchased a new iPod shuffle this past week. Finally opened iTunes to get my new Shuffle registered and load some music.  Tried to register and got what seems like no connection to Apple.  Low and behold iTunes can not connect to the iTunes store, nor anything else from Apple. iTunes program appears to be working fine other than no connection to Apple.com, and I have performed a sync to my new Shuffle w/o problems.  I simply get the "accessing iTunes store..." displaying forever.
I have Windows 7, 64bit operating system. Trend Micro Intert Security/antiviral software.  I have tried disabling both my Windows firewall and my Trend Micro; however, iTunes still can make no connection.  Any ideas?
    Thanks!

  • Can you sync your iTunes from a iPad straight to a iPod, is there a connecter to do this?

Can you sync iPad to iPod with a connector?

You can't, connecting an iPad to iPod to copy music between them isn't supported. If it's an iPod Touch and it's iTunes puchased music then you may be able to re-download it via the Purchased tab in its iTunes store app, or if you've subscribed to iTunes Match (and uploaded your music to it from your comptuer) then you can use that. Otherwise you will need to sync them via your computer's iTunes
