I have tried numerous times to connect to ITunes Store to update my current apps and continue to get this message. Apple has determined that it is not a device problem or an Apple problem. It has to do with ITunes. Can anyone help?

I am having no problems downloading from the app store today. I just tried it again. However, I read some of those other discussions as well and there have been times when the iTunes or App Store has been out of commission. Don't hold your breath waiting for Apple to acknowledge it because that is not going to happen. That is not how they operate.

Every time I tap install or buy in the AppStore it gives me "can't connect to iTunes Store" -I'm running ipad mini ios 6.1

OKay guys what happened: My ipad mini was working fine as good as it should be. I was able to install games and multiplayer with the apps. And suddenly everything changed when I tried to go play multiplayer it says something that I can't do multiplayer cause there's a connection problem or something that the Internet/wifi doesn't work..
but I'm connected at maximum 3 bars in my wifi. Also every time I go to AppStore , it loads the games and features but no updates. When I search games they appear. I tried to buy fifa 13 but after I tap the buy button it gives me a message of ""Cannot connect to iTunes Store"" AND I WAS SO MAD AND IRRITATED I turned off my ipad and turn back on nothing happens. I reset the network/just settings nothing happens, I turned off my router and back on . Still nothing happens. THIS TIME I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP GUYS CAUSE I WANT TO DOWNLOAD FIFA 14 but every time I tap install it gives me the "Can't Connect to iTunes Store" message .

ITunes store very slow on iPad and iphone

Same problem as all you guys, last week noticed iTunes very slow on iPhone 4s and 3 rd gen iPad, phoned Apple yesterday, after being told to restore ( real pain) I was told- because I have 5000 songs on iTunes match the system is overloading, !!!!
I use my iPad as a control pad with AirPlay, I bought a 16g iPad because of icoud being able to store my music without filling up all the iPad memory, WHY SAY 20,000 FREE on iCloud if it can't handle a quarter of this?
Something stinks here, two weeks ago everything worked well, I haven't added to library since then, so why is it now struggling?
I hate when problems occur, the way Apple act as though they aren't aware, just admit it, tell us you are working on it.
So as it stands, it's my fault for BUYING to many songs....... I know how to fix that...... won't be buying anymore.
Ps, also have same problem on my 3rd gen iPad.

I'm observing the same problem. iTunes is nearly frozen, especially podcasts make the system extremely slow, no downloads possible at all. Opening an album song list is also painfully slow. All this prevents me from buying from the store. Apple should be interested in this. Please note that I'm not using iTunes match!

Been trying to pull up purchased season of Breaking Bad. Got thru some episodes but now it's saying it can't connect with itunes store. Everything's updated and all other features of ATV work fine.

I've had apple tv since August and seem to have had to do a restore every 2 weeks or so, lost connectivity, can't connect to itunes or other errors. the restore takes a good 20 minutes even on wide band internet. it works for a few days then seems to go bad. read something online tonight about just restarting apple tv, presumably by powering down from the socket and rebooting. good luck.

Can't connect to iTunes Store after Vista SP2 upgrade

Network connection OK & functioning. All other apps can connect to the internet. windows firewall has itunes and bonjour enabled. Flushed DNS. Upgraded to iTunes 8.2 and was able to connect to itune stores. Upgraded to Vista SP2 today and cannot connect to itunes store. Any ideas??

Fixed it. I had both windows firewall and Kaspersky firewall tuned off. Turned Kaspersky ON and confirm iTunes was allowed. Can now connect to itunes Store!! STRANGE. It won't connect with all firewalls turned OFF???

May need to reboot router - check ISP for any recent firmware updates for router - Reset All Settings - Reset Network Settings [NOT Erase All Content and Settings -> As this wipes the device back to factory settings]

See the IT Guy and ask about any "Other Security WiFi Blocks"
Other locations [Secure WiFi] -
Try a location with a Non Secure WiFi -> As these locataions "typically" do not have a IT Guy to go to for questions regarding [Other Security WiFi Blocks]
Non-Secure WiFi -
Then try the steps below [Even with the others listed above]
Just because you may be able to get to a Secure and Non Secure Website on safari on the iphone does not mean the WiFi connection is "Perfect or ok" and I am not saying it is not.
Also take into effect servers for iTunes updates/Apps etc could be overloaded at that time.
You can also try a simple Hard Reset [Hold down Sleep/Wake button and Home button at same time - Once see Apple Logo release both buttons - Allow iphone to reset]
If have already tried these and have not contacted AppleCare Support try that too.

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

When I am trying to sign in to iTunes Store. I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID mail which does not belong to me... I can't connect to iTunes store and my Viber and Facetime are not active.

My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully. Was it new or second hand?
You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.
Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > do it here.
