I can't connect to Wi Fi.iPhone 4s upgraded to iOS 7 and have tried resetting the network
Wi Fi is grayed out and can't connect to Wi Fi or turn bluetooth on. I am using iOS7 and have tried resetting the network settings. Can anyone help?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Your iPad sees the WiFi network signal but obviously it is not connected to the network. Try rebooting your router - unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

Try DFU Mode Restore. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power button, after exactly 10 seconds release the Power Button, keep holding the Home button until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually about 20 seconds time. If the iPhone screen is black, blank this is DFU Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes.

ok so i recently updated my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 to the ios6 and now for some odd reason when ever i try to join my original network it won't let me it just keeps kicking me of, for my iPhone 4 it will just put me to 3G and my iPad 2 get no internet but the internet works perfect on my mac book pro which is also updated fully and i have tried reseting the router if you know what i can do please help.This worked for me on iPhone 4S and iPad 2:

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

My computer is saying it can't find the file 'iTunes64.msi' when I try to update or redownload iTunes how do I fix this? I've tried just about everything I can think of. I am using a dell laptop running windows 7 and have tried changing the file location to run the update in all of my iTunes files as well as when I've tried reinstalling it.

My ipod touch (4th) suddenly wont connect to my wifi. It connected fine before and all of my other electronics (tablets, computers, laptops, gaming systems, etc.) are connected and working completely fine. I had to replace my hard drive and can't get my Photoshop CS2 9.0.2 to activate. I have tried both the phone and the website and have both the serial numbers. I can't find a number that works to speak to a live person at Adobe. I need to reduce the pixel size TODAY on some photos and need the program. Is there another way to reduce pixels if I can't get my Photoshop running today?
