I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this!  I see from your screenshot that you have font synced turned off at the moment. If you turn font sync on in the Creative Cloud application, do you still see the spinner?
Would you please send your recent sync log files to [email protected] so that we can look into this for you?  (If you've already sent a support email, you don't need to write again; we will follow up with you there.)
On OS X:
* Open the Finder
* under the Go menu, select "Go To Folder"
* in the window that opens, type:  /Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
Remember to replace "(username)" with your own account name.
Or if you are comfortable working from the Terminal:
cd $HOME/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
On Windows:
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\
Attach the 3 or 4 most recent CoreSync-yyyy-MM-dd.log files to an email. Please don't send a zip file, as they often get flagged as spam.

    Photoshop CC 2014.2.1 can't sync settings with Creative Cloud for some reason. I'm signed in, no firewalls, the router is fine. Other apps, Premiere Pro for example, sync without issues.
    Photoshop keeps saying "Connecting to Creative Cloud..." with uploads starting, but nothing is happening. I've left it in this state for an hour just in case. Is there a workaround or a fix?

    For what it's worth I have access to a second computer with the correct sync settings (which I synced to the Cloud, so the Cloud should now have my desired sync settings), but PS on my first computer still refuses to show anyway to apply these settings.
    I'm downloading the 2014 release now but it shouldn't really be necessary. This is so frustrating, especially when the Adobe PS sync help page only applies to the 2014 release (I can't find any sync help for the previous versions anymore).

You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information.

    I am not clear on what you mean by "register" but if you mean you want to install it on another machine then you just need to install it the same way you did for the first machine.

    Start by signing out and back in to see if it will see the subscription: 
    How to sign in and sign out of creative cloud (activate/deactivate)
    If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:
    CC applications close immediately after launch
    If the problem is something different, please let us know the error you see or what is happening on the screen so we can advise  you on a solution

    I can't get to the creative cloud app. When I open "Creative Cloud" - the window opens and then immediately minimises. When I maximise - there is a weird small window in front of the CC window, which you can't close (it just displays the CC icon). I can't alt-tab to the window behind. Very frustrating. Any ideas?
