I can't create or delete emails

I was emailing from my ipad2 using my hotmail account and had no issues. I then started emailing from my iphone4 and had no issues but when I went back to try to email from my ipad2 it won't let me create, reply or delete emails. I've checked the mail settings on my iPad and can't see any issues. Does anyone know why this has happened and what I can do to fix it?

If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account, move it to another account, or reactivate it if you delete it.

If you remember your answers to your security questions then follow the steps on the HT5312 page that you posted from :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset, before you can then do the above for potential future use.

Can't create a personal email account on my Blackberry Curve 8520.

I cannot create an personal email account on my Blackberry Curve 8520. I’ve already followed some of the instructions from this forum and on the main website of Blackberry but still can’t create an email account for my phone.
These are the steps I’m doing when I’m trying to create and email.
From the home screen, go to Setup.
Click Setup Wizard.
Click Email Setup.
But when I’m in the email setup, the only option I have is the “I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
I don’t have the option of “I want to create or add an email address”.
Now, how can I create a personal email account on my phone?
I hope somebody can help me in my problem.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
To use the proprietary RIM Push email capability, you must have an adequate data plan from your carrier. The carriers host BIS for their BB users. Typically, BIS is not available via generic data plans. Many carriers call what is necessary The Blackberry Data Plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier who delivers BIS to their BB users -- contact them for assistance. Once you have a BIS-capable data plan on your BB (at whatever fees your carrier will charge, btw), you will then have Personal Email added to the email setup wizard.

If you have a recent backup yes. Or, possibly, if you do not use your computer at all (so the hard drive is not written on) and get some recovery software or company to try to see if the file is retrievable (not cheap). Other than that, unfortunately not.

If you own a iOS5 idevice like a ipod touch you are eligible to use icloud. This will preserve your current Email and Adress Book data after MobileMe dies next year.
Else you would need to purchase a Lion capable Mac or set up a Vista/Win7 PC with office2007/10 to use icloud.

How can I remove old deleted email addresses from my 'To' choices field

When I input an email address in my email 'TO' box old deleted email addresses still appear as choices. Is there any way of deleting these old addresses permanently? Very annoying!

There is no way to delete the remembered email addresses in the mail app. Removing them from your Contacts has no bearing on how this affects the mail app. The only real way to delete those remembered addresses is to restore the iPad to factory settings. That is a pretty harsh workaround just to have the mail app forget some email addresses.
If you ignore those addresses, eventually they will go away, but it can take some time before that happens. There is nothing short of restoring to factory settings that you can do now to remove them.

/BIC/ namespace not modifiable, can't create PSA delete variant in process

When I attempt to create a PSA delete process in a process chain, I get an error message as such:
Namespace '/BIC/' must be set to 'changeable' (transaction SE06)
Message no. R7063
I have had Basis dot his for me before and it worked, but it takes a lot of change menagement to do this. I have asked Basis to leave it modifiable in SE06, but they will not. Is that the only way to be able to create PSA process variants is to have Basis use SE06? I looked in Object Changeability, but nothing stuck out. I should not have to have Basis do this task every time. Please let me know if there is a better way.

I believe /BIC/ namespace should remain modifiable where you are creating PSA deletion process.
You can check if that is the case in your system.
Check in TRNSPACE table with namespace /BIC/ .. changagle flag should be X. I think it should be in your production also

Can't create a new Email

Hi All, I have an intermittent problem creating a new email, sometimes when I click the "New Message" button within Mail, nothing happens, no matter how many times I click the New Message button nothing happens.
The only way to fix it is to Quit Mail and re-start, this will automatically display all of the previously unsuccessful new email attempts as blank new emails waiting to be completed. This is an intermittent issue but seems to be getting more frequent.

You have to reset it to factory defaults. Then you can create your own accounts and so on :-)

You have to have an IMAP email account in order to create folders in the mail app on the iPad.
If you have an IMAP account, tap on the email account and in the window that shows your InBox, Sent Folder, Trash Folder, etc, there will be an Edit button at the top. Tap that button and a "New MailBox" button will appear at the bottom of the window. Tap that to create a new folder.

There is no way to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. You need to ask Apple to reset them; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

Can not open or delete emails, only way is to go to enternet explorer. why and is there a fix,as this is third time?

Everything else seams to operate ok except we cannot open, delete or create new emails. Mine and my wifes are hotmail and live mail if thats any help. We can go to enternet explorer and they will open, but thats why we use Firefox as our browser. This is the third time this has happened. Luckily I have always got it to work, but not now. Just log out of the current account and create a new account and merge your data when prompted. You might be better exporting your data from calendars and contacts to your desktop before you start so you have a back up.
