I can't Debugging BADI WS14000133

Hi all,
I need debugging the BADI to workflow WS14000133, but I can't debugging. I tested with my user, the user WF-BATCH and the user to create the SC, but with nothing I have had lucky.
Is possible this debug?

of course it is possible to debug.
go to SE18, call your implementation, and open the get_remaining_approvers.
put your Breakpoint here.
Put an another Breakpoint to function module BBP_PDH_WFL_DB_UPDATE in the fu.group
bbp_pdh_wfl. here you have to change the lv_in_dialog flag to X -> then it will go to debugging mode..
now call the transaction bbpsc01, and create a SC. at the last step, before ordering go to debugging /h...
there you go

how can I debug BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW to find out what goes wrong with my coding?
I set breakpoint for external Web-user. I also set session breakpoints and resent the shopping cart using FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER. The BADI is never debugged.
We use SRM 6.0 with classic scenario.
Any useful ideas?

Hi,
You can put an endless loop in your BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW ,as shown below and force the program to stop there. Now go to SM50 and switch to debug mode for the program and start debugging(take process that keeps hangs in your endless loop).

Hi,
break user will work . But are you sure that you have implemented correct BADI and it gets triggered in that transaction.
Sometimes it is not so easy to find a BADI method or user exit to implement at an exact momment of the execution of a program. Here is one of the ways that can be used to spot which BADI method or user exit should be implemented.
1. Enter SE24;
2. Enter the class name CL_EXITHANDLER;
3. Double-click the method GET_INSTANCE;
5. Set a break-point at command line CASE sy-subrc (near line 27);
6. Execute the transaction you want to analyse; It will stop at the break-point you have just set on class CL_EXITHANDLER when it finds any BADI method/Exit call.
7. On debug screen, type the field name exit_name. This field contains the BADI method/Exit name which is being called in the program on that momment.
8. Press F8 to see the next calls.

Bad news if I can't debug cfcs in a flex project

I'm trying to debug a cfc in a flex project Coldfusion builder installed as a plugin is Flash builder 4
But I'm getting a message saying:
File does not belong to a coldfusion project. Apply Coldfusion nature to the project to which the file belongs.
This is bad news if I can't debug cfcs in a flex project

Here are the targets (simplified) that are specific to the cfml export. The real build.xml reads a build.properties file for the variables, and main runs the flex build first:

How can I debug a web application running on Weblogic 10.3

Hello,
I have inherited a NetUI Web Application developed using Weblogic Workshop and I can't manage to debug it. I have configure my server in Workshop and to debug it I right-click the project in Project Exporer and select Debug As -> Debug On Server, but this isn't working. The browser does open the application doesn't appear to be getting delpoyed.
Can anyone help me out? I am using Weblogic 10.3 and Java 1.6.

Hi Kal,
The application is an enterprise application packaged as an EAR. if I right click on the project and click Debug As -> Debug on Server, the application appears in the Server Tab, but it does not start automatically. If I then manually start the server the application runs, but it does not stop at break points and I can not debug it.
If I right-click on the web project that is packaged as part of the ear and select Debug As -> Debug On Server again the application is deployed, but I can't debug it. I don't get error messages, the application functions as normal but it does not stop at break points. When I attempt to debug the application via the Web Project, two browsers open automatically, both correctly displaying the application.

We made a RFC call from SAP r3 to sap grc nfe......we did not receive any data in sap grc .......we go to SM58 and there it gives
the message "Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)u201D.
How can i find out where the data has stuck.

Please go to the routine code..
In the menu options..u will find an option for breakpoint--set..
The line where breakpoint is set will get highlighted and u will also see a STOP symbol..
then come out of routine..and then run the data load..
this ABAP routine for overlapping request deletion runs before the scheduled data load..
the run shud stop at the set breakpoint and show the routine code..in debugger mode..

How can I debug a sequence that has a subsequence is running in a separate thread?
I have to have a continues check for a digital in signal to be able to terminate the sequence if a physical button is pushed.
This is running in a separate thread, but this way I cannot debug the main sequence.
Is there any workaround for this?

So i just changed the spelling mistakes there in IDES SRM and they are reflection when i exceute the t-code BBPCF02 in SE80.
now just tell me is the way i am going is correct or not ?
what are the side effetcts of this?

You can rename the bad file before running SQL*Loader, or specify the name of the bad file using the BADFILE clause followed by a filename. If you do not specify a name for the bad file, the name defaults to the name of the datafile with an extension or file type of .bad

We need you help. We are working in SRM 7 and ECC 6 EhP 4. We have a doubt. Can we use badis BBP_SOURCING_BADI and BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS at the same time in a classic scenario?
We want to create the contract in ECC, and then we want to return the SC in SoCo in order to create the PO with the SC and the contract.
We activate both, but the SC is not returned in SoCo.

You can use both badi to change srm standard behavior.
but one shopping cart item and it can have only one follow on document either Contract or Purchase order.
i presumed that you want to use same sc for two purposes to create both SC and PO but it is not possible.
for example
shopping cart item has follow on document created as a contract But you need to create a another shopping cart to create a Purchase order w.r.t that contract .
Once follow on documents are created sourcing flag will be removed .- rule
BBP_SOURCING_BADI - you can write your custom logic and make way to cockpit .
BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS - Determine your logical system.

Yes you can debug the WF to check the LOG in terms of Graphical Display and Technical details..!!
Use the following transaction:-
1> SWE4/SWELS -> EVENT TRACE ON/OFF (Switch On the Event Trace)
2> SWEL -> DISPLAY EVENT TRACE
3> SWUD -> WF DIAGNOSTICS
4> SWPR -> WORKFLOW RESTART AFTER ERROR
Enter the WF Number and Click on the LOG Icon.
There you can see the Graphical Log of the WF to know where the WF is stuck.
And You can also check the Technical Details of the WF there, to find which WF Container has what value.

I am working with a WAD report and want to test what value is being passed from the frontend to the query. Can I debug this in RSRT as we do a BEx query. If yes, how, if not, how can I debug my WAD queries and see what is the value being passed to a user exit from the WAD?

you can set some parameters in url for web applications like
- debug=X (includes all JavaScript files directly in HTML result and displays additional information)
- trace=X (records an OLAP trace)
- snippet_operations= (disables snippet operations)
- javascript= (disables usage of JavaScript)
- no_session_cookie=X (forces session encoding with URL rewriting)
You should try debug=X and trace=X...
