I can't delete QQ software either from mobile or itunes

Dear Sir,
I upgrated QQ software from 21st Sept. last Saturday. But this QQ software can't be upgrated, so I can't use this software anymore.
I keep contacting with QQ software Company, they informed me I can deleted directly from My mobile from General - Usage - QQ. Under "QQ" delete this software. However, I tried , QQ is in grey color, I can't delete it at all which different from their mobile in their hand. They said they can delete in this way.
Or I keep pressing software, which it is shaking, there will have a "x " mark at the left upside. Failed again in my mobile because no any " x" mark at left upside when I keep pressing any sofeware, only shaking.
I tried delete it from Itunes, all other software will have a " x " mark at the left upside, only "QQ"software doesn't have this "X" mark so only "QQ" can't be deleted.
So QQ company asked me to contact with you to help me delete this QQ software so I can re-install .
My mobile is IPHONE 42, IOS 6

Try using the Delete key on the keyboard.
At least, thats what others are suggesting here -> Can't delete files in iTunes 10.4 (80) OS 10.7 Delete in the edit menu is not hi-lighted?

How can I delete my old Laptop from my iPhone (iTunes Wifi Sync) and connect it to my new Laptop

HI;
I have an iPhone 4S Factory Unlocked, up to date (iOS 6.0.1). I connect it to my Laptop named "The Love" via USB and opend iTunes and checked Sync over Wifi to enable this feature. Everything works great.
After a couple months I sold my Laptop and bought a new Laptop named "Raid", I did the smae steeps, connect it to my new Laptop via USB and opend iTunes and I checked Syn over Wifi to enable this feature and hit Apply, also I did the sync via USB cable and it works fine.
Now I want to sync via wifi, so I went to General --> iTunes Wi-Fi Sync --> here my iPhone still showing "Sync will resume when "The Love-PC" is available", Okay I sold it!! What I will do! I stock! does this mean I will need to find my old Laptop and buy it back????!!!!
I tried to do those steeps over and over, same result, my iPhone stock with the my old Laptop, It seems my iPhone liked my "The Love" Laptop
My question is:
How do I delete this setting? and connect it to my new Laptop?

Well " even if I plugged it via usb" I meant that I did all the spteps, connect my iPhone via USB, Open iTunes, Check on Sync this device via WiFi, click on Sync, Unplug the iPhone.
Again I DO NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE USB OR SYNC MY IPHONE THROUGH ITUNES VIA USB
I HAVE AN ISSUE TO SYNC MY IPHONE VIA WIFI (WIRELESSLY), THAT IS MEAN SYNC MY IPHONE WITH ITUNES WITHOUT USING USB CABLE.

How can I delete hidden video files from the iPad? These files were created on my MBA and when I changed the media type to iTunesU and then copied it to my iPad via iTunes, they did not appear. I can see them using 3rd party software, but they don't have delete functionality.

Interesting note: I can see the files when I use the search function, but when I tap either file, I return to my home screen. The video does not open. I can transfer the file to my MBA, and it plays fine, but I cannot figure out a way to delete them.

How did they get on the iPad ? Only albums created directly on the iPad can be deleted via the Edit button.
Albums/photos that were synced from your computer can't be deleted directly in the Photos app - you either need to move/remove/de-select them from where they were synced from on your computer and re-sync, or you might be able to delete all synced photos/albums by swiping across the 'Photo Library' line in Settings > General > Usage > Photos & Camera (that should give you a Delete button, but I haven't tried tapping it to see if it works).

If you are stuck trying to remove your iCloud account, then try restoring your iPad. Start with turning off Find My iPad and then use iTunes to restore it. Check out the article below for the steps on how to do that.

I would disconnect the email on your phone...
And reconnect again and if it still does that go on an actual computer, log on and delete the mails with ease...

The first part of your answer worked great, thanks for that! However, since doing that, there are still songs on the iPad that I want to delete. I place my finger on the song, swipe to the left....and nothing. No red "delete" appears at the right. That used to work on my full size iPad, but not on this mini. I just purchased it last Friday...maybe it's defective?

Great question! The answer is going to depend on how the photos were originally organized:
A) The albums were synced to your iPhone from iTunes
B) The albums were manually created on your iPhone from photos in the Camera Roll

How can I delete the guest network from my airport. It was not showing up until I recently upgraded the airport. It now says my name's guest network and I don't like my name showing on the available network list! I am using a Verizon wireless modem with the wireless feature off.

Open AirPort Utility, go to the Wireless tab and remove the check from the guest network check box.
