I have already reset my phone for another reason and I also thought that would solve the problem. Is it the app store??

hi mate.try to switch off your mobile for 5minutes and switch on ....i think it will be fine after that....but u need to switch off your phone atleast for 5 minutes..Good luck..hopefully it will work

Apps "cannot be downloaded at this time" - why?

On my iPad, iPhone and Macs, 90% of the time I try to purchase an app or download updates I get this message, over and over and over and over again:
"(App name) cannot be downloaded at this time, please try again later. DONE / TRY AGAIN"
If I try again it gives me the same message instantly. If I click DONE then I can't use my app because it's stuck in download/update mode. If I tap on it a few minutes or a few hours later there's a chance it might start downloading, and an equal chance it will tell me it can't be downloaded at this time.
This has been going on for weeks now. It is the single most infuriating feature of my Apple products. It's not specific to devices so please don't ask me to reinstall the system software on my my iPhone, iPad, iMac and MacBook Pro. It appears to be a taint on my account, or an Apple's store servers.
I am really, really fed up of it now. How can it be fixed?

I also use Nikon D4, D2H and D2Xs
I use Nikon Transfert 2, the latest version, to download my shots to my MacBook Pro hard disk in a picture folder. After this I use Aperture Import to place the New folder created in the Nikon folder in the Aperture Inspector folder... This way, I always have the copy of my originals files.
.jpg or .nef work fine.

Go to appleid.apple.com. From there, go to Manage Apple ID. Log in and go to Password and Security. When you get to the page about answering your security questions, click on the link for Forgot My Answers. That will send an email to the rescue email address on how to reset. Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup

I purchased my iPad in your London store on 20th May 2012, serial no. DM*******J8T. I have been purchasing apps from the London store, without any problems. Last week, however, receiving a prompt that updates were available, I logged on hoping to update, which resulted in the following window:
>Account not in this Store.
Your account is not valid for use in the US Store.
You must switch to the UK Store before purchasing.<
I have done nothing to facilitate this change in stores and have no way of knowing how to switch back to the UK store.
This is a recent development, I have not had any problems connecting to the UK store before, in fact it happened automatically. Can the fact that I am not actually in the UK now but spend most of my time in Indonesia? This has not effected my purchases from the UK store before, however.

When you go to Starbucks, you'll need to first go to Settings on your iPad and choose Network. You'll see ATTWIFI as one of the available networks. When you click on that to select it, you should be immediately sent to AT&T's sign in page. You just need to check the box that says you agree to their terms and conditions and then hit the Connect button and you'll be online. One warning, however. If your Starbucks is anything like those in Manhattan, be prepared for really slow wifi. It can be a real pain waiting for pages to load sometimes.
